Witnesses of the Blessing to Save Judea (Acts 1:4-8)
This week is the week where we made a Veterans Day to express our support and thanksgiving for the veterans and active duty soldiers who have fought in wars on behalf of the United States up to now. When we look at the history of Veterans Day, this day was first called “Armistice Day” – the day that marked the end of World War I in 1918 during which many victims were killed. President Eisenhower, who ended the war between South and North Korea, officially renamed this day to “Veterans Day” in 1954. Although there were many wars the United States fought in, the war that Koreans should never forget is the Korean War. Statistics slightly vary, but about1.6 million American soldiers fought in the war, 36,516 of them were killed, and 8,177 of them went missing and their families are still waiting for their remains.
The reason why the Korean War Monument is right in front of the Lincoln Memorial is to remind Koreans of many things. It is heartbreaking that generations, who did not go through the terrible sufferings of the 6/25 war, are living without knowing that God used the United States to allow the South Korea of today to exist. I would like to take this time to give special thanks to those who participated in the Korean War.
The title of today’s message, “Witnesses of the Blessing to Save Judea” is to hold on to the covenant that we are the blessed witnesses who will be used to save the nation. If Jerusalem is myself and the church, Judea is my region and my nation.
- The nation is important to everyone. This is a person of God’s national view.
Within the question that the disciples ask in verse 6, “Are you at this time going to restore the kingdom to Israel?”, there is regret and sadness. It is the pain that people of God have from losing their nation and living under slavery, captivity and colonization.
1) Why do such things happen?
It is the greed of politicians. They are trying to satisfy their ambitions even if it means invading another country. The Bible says that behind these ambitious politicians are the dark spirits that hold dark powers, which is Satan’s organization (Ephesians 6:12).
2) If a person of God knows this spiritual reality and enjoys two covenants, God will protect that individual and his/her nation.
① The first covenant is Deuteronomy 6:1-9; God promised how He will bless His chosen people and their posterity (absolute covenant).
It means to never worship idols, only love the Lord your God, and to relay this covenant to the next generation. Every country has its own idols that it has made. The Bible says that this is serving demons, the dark spirits (1 Corinthians 10:20). The Jews failed at this. They always loved the world, worshipped idols, and couldn’t relay the correct covenant to the next generation. It is the same for America and Korea right now. The Gospel is disappearing. It is the reality that when “only Christ” is proclaimed, talks of heresy come about.
② Why must we proclaim, “only Christ”, hold on to only Christ and look to only Christ? (absolute method)
Life alone cannot solve the desire of man, which began with Adam’s Original Sin, and the work of Satan, who was at work. That is why God sent His Son the Christ (Luke 2:10). By the authority of the priest, He freed us from the sinful desires of man and all the curses that came as a result (Romans 8:1-2). By the authority of the king, He resurrected and crushed the head of Satan, and promised us complete victory (1 John 3:8). By the authority of a prophet, He became the way to meet God and from that moment on, He is with us (John 14:6). If the church proclaims, “only Christ” and saves lives, God will save the individual, family, posterity, and every nation.
③ The second covenant is the covenant given to Abraham in Genesis 12:1-3 and the covenant David held on to in Psalms 57:9-11 (absolute blessing).
First, I must become the source of blessings, and because of me, all peoples of all nations on this earth will receive this blessing as well. This is the covenant of evangelism and missions of saving the 237 nations. He will give us the blessing to handle this (Acts 1:8). The Jews only cared about themselves. To put it nicely, it is a sense of entitlement; on the other hand, it is national egoism. If Jonah had relayed the correct Gospel when he went to Nineveh, there was no way that Israel would have been destroyed by Assyria.
④ Why must we continue to do North Korea missions, Muslim missions, and 237 missions with the correct Gospel? (absolute goal)
Inside the Gospel, we become one brother nation. There is no reason to fight or get into wars; we live blessing one another. Whether it be South Korea or any other nation, if there are people and churches that are holding on to these two covenants, there is no way that nation will be destroyed.
- This is the mission that God gave to us. To stand as a witness that saves the ends of the earth.
1) Restore our spiritual identity first. We are those who will save others (God’s absolute plan).
This is the reason why God saved us and made us the source of blessings. Because of one person Joseph, Potiphar’s house and the nation received blessings. This is the last reason why we were given the authorities of children of God (7 authorities). This is the identity we must really hold on to (1 Peter 2:9). All the 7 Remnants lived holding on to this identity.
2) We cannot do it with our own power. That is why we were promised the power of the Holy Spirit (God’s absolute power).
Pray that the promised power of the Holy Spirit may come upon my five fields and for God’s Kingdom to be established (Matthew 12:28). Within myself, my meetings, my family, my work and workplace, and lastly, my region (this country and all nations). My region is Washington D.C. My country is the home country I left and the present country I am in – the United States. And all nations.
3) Put at least three nations in my heart and in my prayers.
① Our home countries. It is the country that allowed me to be born. Pray that this country will be saved through the Gospel.
This is what Samuel did to gather the people to Mizpah (1 Samuel 7:5-6). Discarding all idols, pray to stand in front of God. This was Esther’s prayer, “If I perish, I perish.” (Esther 4:16). Even Paul the Evangelist confessed that he had an unceasing anguish in his heart and prayed for his people, those of his own race (Romans 9:1-3).
② This land we live in is America. This is the country that God entrusted to us and it is the country where we must enjoy blessings.
Lot, who lost hold of this mission, struggled to eat and live in Sodom and Gomorrah and his life became a complete failure. If there are any pains that you faced here in America, look at America through your problems and sufferings, and realize your mission to save America. For this reason, God will change everything to blessings and answers.
③ Pray for the 237 nations, but especially place one nation in your heart and devote.
Continuously pray for that nation, give missions offering, and if you meet people from that nation, relay your heart and share the Gospel. Then, when there are overseas missions, go along with them. Stand within the realistic blessings of missions. This is also the reason why we are having a special evangelism festival for Latin America on December 1st. We are trying to have a small start per continent.
Conclusion – We are the people to enjoy the blessings to save our Judea (country and people of that nation). I bless you so that you can stand as a witness of this blessing.

Witnesses of the Blessing to Save Jerusalem (Acts 1:4-8) 10/03/2019
The 237 missions that saves all people is God’s own desire, the last missions from Christ, and the conclusive blessing that all people of God must enjoy. Today, we will share the word about the enjoyment of those realistic answers and blessings.
Jesus gave us the answer in the passage. Essentially, he is telling us to enjoy the evidence of the “blessing that saves Jerusalem.”
Jesus emphasized this twice. In verse 4 he says, “Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the gift my father promised.” In verse 8 he says, “you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and to the ends of the earth.”
Where is this Jerusalem? It is us ourselves and also the church we belong to. The moment you receive salvation, you become God’s temple (1 Corinthians 3:16). The church in which all the saved people gather is Jerusalem (Revelations 21:3). If we as individuals and as a church are not able to enjoy this blessing, we will run into conflict. Saving 237 nations is nice but we personally may not be receiving answers and may be exhausted and stressed out. We must discover this answer today. If we restore three things, everything will change.
- We must first restore our identity of Jerusalem; a holy temple that God had chosen.
If you do not realize how great of a blessing you have been given (absolute blessings, blessing of nobody), then you will be deceived by Satan. Among believers, there are so many that live under captivity, slavery, colony, mental illnesses, and dependency issues.
1) The blessing of Acts 1:1, 3, and 8 is a fundamental blessing that you will enjoy.
Theophilus was the recipient of Acts. He was a prominent figure in the age of Rome. Luke, a doctor and a co-worker of Paul, gave him the answer that saved him. If politicians, the authorities, the wealthy, and even pastors do not know this blessing, it can lead to depression, mental illnesses, and suicide.
① Christ had finished life’s fundamental problems (Acts1:1). The original sin, Satan, and eternal curses.
On the other hand, if we are within Christ, it does not matter what situations or problems we face. Christ has finished it all on the cross (John 19:30). We have been freed. We are the source of blessings. We are victors. He remains in us. Do not ever be discouraged or afraid. All of that is Satan’s strategy for making you lose hold of this Christ.
② The background of those who are inside Christ is the background of heaven. That is the kingdom of God (Acts 1:3).
You are enjoying this and realistically experiencing the kingdom of God coming upon wherever you go (Matthew 12:28). Wherever you are, whatever you do, pray for the kingdom of God. The forces of darkness will crumble, and the flow will change.
③ The power that we have is the power of the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:8).
If not for this power, we cannot even save ourselves, let alone save 237 nations. We are constantly discouraged before our own powerlessness. This is something that everyone goes through, and all the more if you are to do important works. This is why He promised us the power of the Holy Spirit.
2) He made us his children to give us the right to enjoy this blessing.
He gave us the privilege to be able to call God our father and pray to him (Romans 8:15). If you pray to him and ask, it will be given to you (Matthew7:7-11). Even if sufferings come, it’s okay. We are the heirs of God. Suffering is training for our vessels (Romans 8:17).
3) 1 Peter 2:9 speaks of the four identities that saved people of God must hold onto.
We are deceived because we try to find our identities through physical and visible things and comparative and competitive mentality. We are the chosen people (within God’s absolute plan), a royal priesthood (within God’s absolute authority), a holy nation (within God’s absolute power), and God’s special possession (within God’s absolute love).
- Restore deep prayer at least once a day to enjoy the blessing being filled with the Holy Spirit.
This is the reason he tells us not to leave Jerusalem. He wants us to receive the promised Holy Spirit first, and want us to enjoy the blessing of spiritual summit.
1) If we truly enjoy this filling of the Holy Spirit, no Satan’s schemes would matter to us. Those things will become greater blessings.
If you are surrounded by the noise of your environment, reality, your own voice and the voice of others, that is what you will be filled with. Listen and hold onto the word of God every moment. Pray on top of the covenant. That is when you will experience the filling of the Holy Spirit. Satan tempted Jesus, but Jesus overcame with the word. The help of angels began after that (Matthew 4:1-11).
2) There is a way to quietly overcome Satan. It is making the three things in 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 our lifestyles.
① Rejoice always. You may experience problems and unjust situations. How can you be happy? Realize that you are participating in the sufferings of Christ (1 Peter 4:13). There is glory that you will also receive.
② Pray continually. Satan will continuously try to deceive us. We must not cease our prayers. You can pray with your eyes open, as you move about throughout your day. Looking upon God and communicating with him is prayer.
③ Give thanks in all circumstances. There may be times in which you feel discouraged and angry. Have faith in the fat that there are great answers prepared and give thanks. These three attitudes are what God wants to see in us. The Holy Spirit will undoubtedly work in our lives.
- There is a blessing of the three ministries that is fulfilled inside Jerusalem, the church.
1) Talent ministries given to us individually (Matthew 25:14-30)
God has given everyone that forms the church a talent (Romans 12, 1 Corinthians 12, Ephesians 4). It may seem like an insignificant talent, as it was in Jesus’ parable of the talents. What are the blessings that God gave to the ones who devoted and served with those small talents?
2) Ministry that you do for someone very small in the church. Jesus gave a parable about sheep and goats (Matthew 25:31-46).
Jesus said, “whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.” Giving bread to the hungry, healing the sick, and caring for the one in prison are done for Jesus. We must take care of each other (Hebrews 10:24-25).
3) Ministry that the positions and departments in the church must do. This is the reason positions are given and departments are created.
Elders act as shepherds. They protect and feed the lamb (1 Peter 5:2). Senior deaconesses encourage and comfort the sick and lonely (Romans 12:8). Deacons and deaconesses look after the widow and the poor (Acts 6:1-2). There are many departments in the church. As every department plays its roles, the church will be strengthened.
Conclusion – Reviving oneself and the departments of the church is the blessing of saving Jerusalem. This is the beginning and background of saving 237 nations. May all departments become the witnesses of this blessing that will surely save 237 nations.

237 Missions to Enjoy in the Rome of This Age (Acts 19:21) 10/27/2019
The passage records Paul’s plan to go into Jerusalem, and ultimately visit Rome after having finished all his works. Why did he long to go to Rome? In Jerusalem, he had to stand in court. At that time, God comes to the prison cell and tells him, “As you had testified about me in Jerusalem, so you must also testify in Rome” (Acts 23:11). When Paul faced a storm at sea, God said, “You must stand trial before Caesar” and saves all those who sailed with him (Acts 27:24).
If we truly think about what God desires (absolute plan) and devote ourselves, it does not matter what we face along the way.
God will transform everything into blessings that stretch beyond our level. God’s work is not done by our money or power. Those things are given to us when we think about what God would find pleasing. If it is surely God’s plan, there is nothing we must worry nor be stubborn about. God will accurately lead you by his word and guidance.
We are living in the United States – the Rome of this age. Why did God call us to this superpower nation? What does God desire from us as individuals and churches?
- Why did evangelist Paul desperately want to go to Rome? We must live with God’s reason for our lives on this earth.
We must discover God’s absolute plan where we are in this nation. God had called us for unique works that only we can do (Nobody).
1) The United States is the Rome of this age, where people from all over the world are gathered.
Thus, the U.S. is the ultimate missions field, and it is our greatest blessing to be able to do multi-ethnic ministry here.
2) The problem is that we are also directly exposed to all the spiritual problems of this world.
① There is a prophecy about Babylon the Great in the end times (Revelations 18:2-3). The beginning of Babylon was Genesis 11, where curses were upon the Babel Tower. There, the very first empire of the human race began with Mesopotamia. Every age, a great nation arises and it becomes a sanctuary for all kinds of dark spirits and demons.
② What is our calling on earth? A nation once founded on the beliefs of the Puritans shouting “God bless America” and sent out missionaries to all over the world is now spiritually crumbled. We must feel responsible for this spiritual destruction and hear the voice of God as we see what is happening. God has raised us up as the watchmen of this nation. We are like the land of Sodom and Gomorrah, that did not even have 10 righteous men.
③ If we lose hold of this in America, we will become like Lot who suffered and lost everything in Sodom and Gomorrah.
- What must we do to save America? Our church must act as the spiritual platform that will save all people.
If we understand the spiritual problems that underlie this nation, and why it is Only Christ that solved those problems, and what the spiritual strength that comes from Him is, then we and our church will be able to become a platform that supports all people that gather.
1) In all problems and circumstances, discover why it must be Only Christ.
The problems may seem like something that people simply go through, but they are not. They may surface as mere physical, emotional and financial problems, but spiritual aspects are always associated. Christ came as the three solutions to the three spiritual problems.
① What are the three spiritual problems? It is the curse of original sin that we are subject to unbeknownst to us. It may have begun at birth, or it may be something that traces back to your family line or childhood. This is what Satan uses, and these curses are from Satan. He continuously creates failures and pain that we cannot understand (Jon 10:10). Our lives become hell on earth. This is the curse of hell.
② Christ came with three authorities that solved these three fundamental problems. He came as the true priest to free us from all curses (Romans 8:1-2), He came as the king to end Satan’s works (1John 3:8), and He came as the prophet to open up a way for us to meet God and reach heaven (John 14:6). When we correctly know this Christ, enjoy Him, and proclaim Him, all our lives’ curses will come to an end, we will be healed, and we will face the turning point of our lives (spiritual leverage).
2) We must have a time of scheduled prayer to receive the strength that God gives at least once a day.
① Satan is coming at us with great force to deceive and attack us (Ephesians 6:11-12).
However, Satan cannot overcome the power of the Holy Spirit that resides in us. When we pray, the kingdom of God comes upon our fields. Angels a mobilized and Satan loses his power. 5 powers are then restored inside of us.
② With that power, we are able to save those who we meet. We are able to bless them.
This is the vessel that we must enjoy. God will use all our problems and circumstances to carry out works of saving the 237 nations. This is what God confirmed to Paul in prison and the storm.
3) When you are within this blessing, your posterity will also be able to enjoy this blessing together. It is automatically relayed onto them (blessing of transmissions).
You are relaying the covenant, the blessings, the power of the Holy Spirit, and the spiritual strength. The children under those parents and adults in the church grow up to do important things that save the age. Before Moses was the God-fearing Jochebed, and before Samuel was Hannah who gave true devotion to God.
- We must raise up disciples of the remnants that follow us to commission them out to different fields and parts of the world (spiritual outsourcing).
1) Our prayers are for raising up three summits that God blesses and uses (God’s absolute objective).
We are raising remnants that possess the spiritual summit and spirituality. They are honing their specialties to save the world through skills summit. They are saving people are them and changing the spiritual flow around them through culture summit. That is the life of the evangelist.
2) Start by praying and devoting yourself to that one person you meet (our absolute devotion).
It sounds simple, but it may not be that easy. All remnants must hold onto the mission of saving one nation. Learn the culture and language of that nation and challenge yourself.
3) We are raising these individuals and sending them out to the 237 nations of the world. This is the reason we established the Remnant University in America.
I hope that you pray for the five goals of Remnant University (cultivation of future ministers, training of evangelist lay-leaders, and training and commissioning of young businessmen, training of native pastors of 237 nations, training of remnants of the 237 nations).
Conclusion – Hold onto your reason for living in the United States, God’s absolute plan and absolute goal. We are the ones standing amidst greatest blessings. We are raising up remnants to save 237 nations. May you receive God’s strength.
237 Missions to Enjoy in the Rome of This Age (Acts 19:21) 10/27/2019 October 27, 2019
Three Powers that Achieve Missions (Matthew 28:16-20) 10/20/2019
What does 237 missions mean? It means that God will use us in the works to save the 237 countries and nations in the world. This is God’s absolute plan. Absolute plan means that God has prepared everything.
It means that we should go since there are disciples who have heard the gospel and have been saved in the field. If we do not realize and enjoy this, there is nothing harder than missions. It is the same for the entirety of our walk of faith. Christ has finished everything and has prepared everything. There are no reasons to worry and be anxious. This is God’s absolute goal. This is God’s conclusion (2 Timothy 2:4), history’s conclusion (Matthew 24:14), and our life’s conclusion life (Acts 1:8). To save all nations and the ends of the earth through us, he saved us first, and he will use us as witnesses through all our problems and incidents. The 7 remnants are models of this. Solving problems was not the goal for Joseph who had tremendous family conflicts and pain. To work hard and become successful and become governor was not his goal either. Later on, what did he say to his brother who sold him? He said, “do not be angry with yourselves for selling me here, because it was to save lives that God sent me ahead of you” (Genesis 45:4-8). That is why for people with the covenant, pain is not pain, and failure is not failure. It is walking the absolute journey of the Covenant that God leads to fulfill his absolute goal. What comes from this is God’s absolute answer. The figures in the Bible and the 7 remnants never made a great effort to be successful. Rather those who had greed and used humanism failed, and were used by Satan (King Saul, Judas). If we fix our direction on God’s absolute plan and goal to save 237 nations and countries, simply living will be an absolute answer, and every work will be an absolute blessing. A time to give this testimony should come to us. We cannot do 237 missions which is God’s absolute plan, absolute goal, and absolute answer with our own strength. It has to be God’s absolute power. It is a different strength (nobody), unique strength, and strength that transforms the absolute impossible to an absolute possible that unbelievers would never know. God has promised us three powers that we must enjoy.
- It is the power of “with” in which God is with me, who has been saved.
If God is really with me then it does not matter how much I have failed or even if I have nothing.
Who is he that is with me? He is the one who has all the authority of heaven and earth and who came as Christ (verse 18).
1) The 7 remnants enjoyed this.
Even if he was sold as a slave and went to prison, this was Joseph’s secret for success (Genesis 39:3,5). This is the covenant God have to 80-year-old Moses who lived as a defeated one (Exodus 3:12). This is what David enjoyed during his most difficult times (Psalms 23:4).
2) When is God with us?
① He is with us from the moment we accept Christ and become saved (Revelations 3:20, 1 Corinthians 3:16).
② We need to hold unto our most lonely days as the best time to experience and enjoy this “with” (the greatest secret to defeat depression and suicidal urges, hymn “Living for Jesus, O What Peace!”).
③ Even during our failures and most shameful times, he does not forsake us but loves and stays with us.
In verse 16 of the passage, it says that the resurrected Lord came to his eleven disciples. In verse 17, it says that the disciples were still skeptical. Even though they all failed together, Judas ended his life through suicide. However, although it was very shameful, Paul and the other disciples held onto God’s absolute plan that never gave up on them, loved them to the end, and desired to used them again. No matter what the circumstance, hold onto God being with me and gain strength. You will meet people who need to hear your testimony at that time.
- It is the power of “Immanuel” of God being with us that comes out of this.
I will meet an accurately prepared person as much as I realize Christ and experience him being with me.
1) You can meet and save even just one person that God has prepared. You and he become Immanuel together (Matthew 18:19-20).
Experience Immanuel of God being with us by communicating through three things.
① Communicate through the word that God has given you. It is not teaching but try to truthfully share the grace you have received.
② Do prayer communication. If you pray with a sincere heart even simply once a day, it will be delivered. Become a prayer background for each other.
③ Share an evangelism recipient as a prayer topic together and wait. It is a blessing if you meet one person like this in school or in the workplace.
2) All of us who have met in the church are a spiritual family forever.
① Baptisms and having Communion means that we are one body in Christ, and one family.
That is why if there are instances where we resent our brothers we must fix that first (Matthew 5:22), and if we see a lacking in a brother we should not judge hastily (Matthew 7:1-5), and it says that we should first sincerely love each other deeply from the heart (1 Peter 1:22).
② At this time, God gives the whole church members a message to experience and enjoy together through the pulpit.
This becomes the flow of blessings. The importance of forum is so that we can help and encourage each other to be in this flow.
3) Especially, think about the future and form a team with remnants and enjoy this “with.”
① Like children of one family is the future of that family, all children of our church is the future of our church and God’s future. This is the work that adults can surely do. Remnants can be my prayer team, and at times you can be a mentor, and if possible, it is a great blessing if you can even give them internships. Later on, they will become your lifetime team, and you will not be lonely even when you get old.
② Raise people. This is important in the workplace. If you are thinking about a business or corporation that God will use, prepare this blessing first.
- The last power to enjoy is the power of oneness.
① What is the reason the Lord said he will be with all his disciples until the ends of the earth in verse 20? All churches in the world must become oneness in Christ. It is because we can save the world only though that power. All organizations and religions possess the power of oneness, but only Christianity has lost hold of this (the original definition of “Catholic”).
② The early church that saved the world and conquered Rome possessed this power (Gospel unity, economic unity, missions unity). Our Upper Room movement is doing works to save the whole world through this power (Remnant movement, RUTC, RU, 237 movement). Personally, I have received the most benefit and blessing from this, and our church has come to this point within this blessing.
Conclusion – The 237 center is trying to raise commissioned individuals and specialist who enjoy these three powers and can go into the world, and to dispatch them into the world. I pray that all church members truly enjoy the power to save 237, and to become main figures of that blessing.
Three Powers that Achieve Missions (Matthew 28:16-20) 10/20/2019 October 20, 2019
Laypersons, the Main Figures of 237 Missions (Isaiah 55:3-5) 10/13/2019
When the people of God were facing greatest difficulties, God sent them prophets to give them two covenants. Regardless of the difficulties, failures, and problems you encounter, all you need to do is hold onto these two things and restore your faith.
First, it is the covenant of the answer. Because we cannot solve our problems on our own, God gave us the answer (covenant of Christ). This covenant of Christ is repeatedly recorded in the book of Isaiah, the representative book of major prophets (Isaiah 9:6, 7:14, 53:5, 60:1, 61:1).
Second, it is the covenant of the conclusion. It may seem like we are failing and dying, but the remained ones, remaining ones, those who will remain, and those who will left behind undoubtedly exist (remnant). What is the conclusion that God desires to show through them? It is the fact that their pain and tears will become evidence to save the world (Isaiah 60:3, Isaiah 61:9, Isaiah 62:10). Verse 5 of the passage says, “You will summon nations you know not, and nations you do not know will come running to you.”
- There are three blessings that God reveals to those who hold onto this covenant (verse 4). The 7 remnants of the bible, as well as all those who God had left behind, were able to enjoy these blessings.
1) God raised them up as witnesses before all nations.
It is not simply a witness. He will raise you up as the blessed witness to save 237 nations. If you are going through a hard time, hold onto this covenant. God will change your absolute misery into absolute possibility, and your absolute impossibility into absolute hope. Have you recovered from your crises and found your stability? Until we receive answers to be able to save 237 nations, it is not the end. We do not know the futures of our remnants. God has prepared unprecedented, unique answers that no one else can fathom.
2) God raised them up as the ruler of the peoples. They were leaders of super-power nations of that age (Egypt, Babylon, Persia, Rome).
Leaders are those who walk ahead to save people and the world. Going ahead can mean that they are role models, or that they experience things in advance. This is the reason that many leaders that save their ages went through much hardships and suffering. Through all kinds of difficulties, they were trained to only look upon God in faith. By experiencing things first, God allows them to empathize with our weaknesses (Hebrews 4:15). Through the 40 years of his life, God allowed Moses to understand Israelites’ suffering of 400 years slavery (Exodus 3:8). In his most difficult time, David meets 400 people that relates to his hardships and becomes co-workers. Only after Peter’s utter spiritual failure, was he able to save others under spiritual problems (Luke 22:31-32).
3) God raised them up as the commander of the peoples. A commander is a soldier that serves at the forefront of wars.
The field is filled with darkness. Especially in the U.S., there are so much depression, drugs, violence, and mental illnesses. These problems are accompanied by spiritual problems. God had given us the authority of Christ to break down the forces of darkness and save people in captivity (Luke 10:19, Acts 10:38, Matthew 12:28). We are soldiers(disciples) of Christ. We are someone that saves souls (evangelism). We will save our region (regional church) and the nation (missions).
- The ones that will be used as the main figures for this blessing are the laypersons in their respective fields.
Layperson does not indicate a lack of position. Other than the pastor, everyone is considered a layperson.
1) The important fact is that those people are the evangelists and missionaries that will save their own fields. Jesus chose and trained his 12 apostles (Matthew 10) and also chose 70 layperson disciples and trained them (Luke 10). Even in the Early Church, there are individuals that were even more greatly used than the 12 apostles. Stephen, who was martyred for evangelizing, was a layperson (Acts 8). All the names that appear in Romans 16 was the main figures of Rome evangelization were laypeople (protector, co-worker, supporter).
2) The layperson missionary is an important answer for saving our fields and the 237 nations. There is a lack of ministers and missionaries. There is a reason the laypeople are the answers to true world evangelism.
① The layperson missionary can do self-supported missions. These are individuals that have their own occupations.
Sending our pastors and missionaries require much financial support and sponsorship. This is the reason the other tribes collected tithe to support the Levites in the old testament. The purpose of tithe was to financially support the Levites, and the Levites gave up their land to other tribes so that they can fully devote to ministry.
② The layperson can use their own specialties for missions. This is called specialist missions (medical missions, military missions, college missions). In third world countries, they need education (teachers) and occupational education (hair, mechanical engineering, construction skills, IT, etc.).
③ With these skills, the layperson can carry out quiet missions in communistic or Islamic nations with much persecution.
The Early Church used this “yeast” strategy to go into the field under Roman rule. Quietly pray for the forces of darkness to be broken and the Holy Spirit to work upon all your meetings and circumstances.
- What God desires the most is for the future remnants to prepare for saving all nations.
1) It is not only about being successful in their fields. That is the goal of non-believers.
People of God must stand as the witness, spiritual leader, and commanders and evangelists to save the field. It is important to be trained inside the word, prayer that revives your spiritual strength, and specialties that will save the world (This is what is taught at RCA. The core of the RUTC Movement is this. We are trying to raise up these individuals through RU. The 237 Center teaches true evangelism and missions to commission people out to all the world).
2) Pray for the people of the 237 nations around you and save them.
You do not need to say much else. There are people that God himself had prepared and desires to use. The diverse individuals we meet are not just one person. The works of saving that entire nation will begin. Try the 3 masterpieces a day with that one person and give true devotion.
3) Our church must pray and devote to become a church that commissions our remnants out as pastors and missionaries.
The few prepared individuals (Allen, Underwood, Appenzeller) that found Korea changed the nation’s history in his most difficult and pitiful time. These missionaries all prepared their specialties in their 20’s and began their missionary life.
Conclusion – Whether you are a pastor or a layperson, we were all given the covenant to be used as the ones to save our fields, nations, and its peoples. May you hold onto only Christ, the covenant of absolute answers, only 237 and world evangelization, and the covenant of absolute conclusion. May your life be lived out as a true evangelist, a true missionary in your studies, problems, and all your fields
Laypersons, the Main Figures of 237 Missions (Isaiah 55:3-5) 10/13/2019 October 13, 2019
Actualization of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd RUTC:
As the One Person that will Save 237 Nations (Acts 8:26-39) 10/06/2019
The covenant of saving the 237 nations if God’s conclusion (Matthew 24:14). You need only believe in the covenant. God will fulfill it himself.
It does not mean we must achieve big things. All we need to do is just align our direction toward what God desires to do.
May God’s conclusion become your conclusion, his desire yours, and his works your works. When you are aligned with his direction, he will heal you to heal the world, and bless you to bless the world. All the individuals that were greatly used in the Bible and in history had been that one person who enjoyed such blessings.
The 7 remnants were healed, blessed, and used in that way. Joseph, who was into slavery, saved his family and family line. He was used for God’s work of saving the nation of Egypt and the age. Moses, a fugitive, was used by God to free the Israelites from 400 years of curses and lead them into a new beginning.
Phillip from the passage was also that one person. He was not even a minister; he was a deacon. He was among the ones who were persecuted and scattered. When he went into Samaria to proclaim of Christ, the demons fled away, and great joy came upon the city (Acts 8:4-8). Because of one person, the spiritual flow of that region was transformed. This is the blessing of enjoying the kingdom of God. No matter how lacking we are and regardless of the persecution and hardships we are amidst, we just need to hold onto the covenant that we are the ones to save 237 nations.
- First, hold onto God’s absolute, individual plan for you.
1) We had been saved within God’s absolute election. Our lives are within God’s decision.
① Isaiah 43:1 says, “I have redeemed you, I have summoned you by name; you are mine.” John 10:28 says, “I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand.” Philippians 1:6 says, “He who began a good work in you will carry it onto completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” The one that saved us with the authority of a Priest, King, and Prophet, will continue the completion of our salvation through the Holy Spirit.
② Time of conflict and pain is the time of preparing your vessel that God will use (Deuteronomy 8:16). God is healing you. He is training you. He has prepared great and unsearchable things that you do not know (Jeremiah 33:3).
2) Your today is a day that God has permitted you within his absolute plan. Give thanks today and have victory today.
You cannot live solely according to your will. Even in this moment, there are so many people that are dying in diseases and accidents without reason and against their will.
① Begin your every day with a time of holding onto God’s plan within the Word. Your thoughts will align with God.
② Hold onto that word and pray for the Holy Spirit that will guarantee you victory. You will receive God’s strength.
One day, you will enjoy the answers of something that no one else can do (“nobody”), something unprecedented (greatest), and something unique.
③ Think of your evangelism prospects every day. Write down a list of those names and pray. The Holy Spirit will work.
There may come a situation or a time for them to receive the gospel.
3) For the one who enjoys the two things above, their future is prepared within God’s absolute blessings.
There is no reason to worry about tomorrow. Not even your children’s’ futures. Even when old, God will take care of you (Psalm 71:18). We are to hold onto this covenant and walk the path of the evangelist to save the 237 nations until the day he calls us.
- Hold onto the absolute plan for the one person that God allows you to meet.
1) Obtain a good understanding of the terms absolute field, absolute disciple, and absolute system. That one person is very important.
Where you are right now is the place that God allowed you to be (absolute field). Someone that find you may be the disciple that God led you to meet (absolute disciple). If it is someone that will share great blessings with you, they may be among many people, or hidden among strange people. The reason we approach all our acquaintances with respect and regard is because that one person may be among them. If they are able to join you for a lifetime, you will be able to do works that saves the world (absolute system). If a person holding into this covenant goes to school, work, and conduct business, everything will be absolute blessings.
2) Train your eyes to discern people. This is one of the old frames we must break and instill a new frame.
① We look at people with our own standards (preconception). We look at them with physical standards (appearances). We may lose hold of all our blessings here.
In interpersonal relationships, appearances are important. However, do not be deceived. God does not look at the appearances, but the heart (1 Samuel 16:7).
② We look at people with secular standards of success (academic background, money, and status). That makes it hard to see God’s plan and the future. Being deceived by these traits, we easily marry non-believers and sometimes join in business with such people and end up in failures.
③ We must train our eyes to see people with the spiritual, gospelized standards of God.
If God desires to use the most lacking and fallen individuals, no one can block that. That person’s failure is not simply just his fault. It was Satan’s work, and if that person is able to listen to the gospel, he can be revived. He can become a witness. The standard should be whether or not that individual wants to listen to the gospel and whether or not he holds onto God.
3) Within all your meetings, enjoy God’s absolute blessing of being led by the Holy Spirit.
① Phillip heard the voice of God in his prayers and was able to enjoy the blessing of meeting through the Holy Spirit (verses 26, 29, 39).
The Holy Spirit is undoubtedly inside us, and if we pray to receive the guidance of the Holy Spirit, God will allow you to meet people who will listen to the gospel and be saved.
② You must be able to experience and enjoy this blessing in your friendships, business, and marriage.
Abraham’s servant prays this prayer when he goes out to find a wife for Isaac (Genesis 24:42-45).
- Hold onto the absolute blessing to share with the one person that God has prepared and give true devotion.
1) Try one day three masterpieces with the person that God has allowed you to meet. The Holy Spirit will work even through one masterpiece a day.
Write down their name and pray for them. As you pray, send them important messages. There is power in God’s word in and of itself. Even if it is just meeting once a week to have forum about the week’s pulpit, the Holy Spirit works. That leads to upper room meetings and thus forms regional church.
2) The time that you spend with the one person is very important. The key to discipleship training is With, Immanuel, and Oneness.
It is difficult to meet every day. But through prayer, you can meet 24 hours a day. The Holy Spirit allows for communication, and the enjoyment of “with” (Wesley L. Duewel’s Touch the World through Prayer, a grandmother’s prayer)
3) The one person that you meet and support can change the world and save the world.
In verse 39, Philip meets the Ethiopian Eunich and explained the gospel. He never got to see him again, but that does not matter. If the Holy Spirit works, amazing things can happen (work of one person that was sent to Mexico, all the doors that opened in Eastern Europe).
Conclusion – You, as the one person that held onto the covenant of God’s absolute plan and absolute blessing, is so important. The prayer that you pray for that individual that God has prepared, and your devotion will not fall to the ground. May you remain in the blessing of standing as the one to save 237 nations.
As the One Person that will Save 237 Nations (Acts 8:26-39) 10/06/2019 October 6, 2019
Actualization of the 1st 2nd 3rd RUTC:
Blessed Main Figures to Save 237 Nations In the End Times (Matthew 24:3-14) 9/29/2019
Within God’s grace, we completed our perambulation around East Europe. To sum up the experience, it was frustrating and depressing to see the spiritual flow of this age. On the other hand, it was also a time to confirm and be thankful for the fact that this is why we must truly receive strength and go all-in for 237 missions in the end times. May today be a blessed day of re-holding onto the covenant for 237 nations. May important answers begin in your lives. There are three absolute reasons we must go all-in for missions.
First, it is God’s desire. It is the final covenant the Lord gave us. As Jesus ascended to heaven, this was the final blessing he gave to us. In Matthew 28:18-20, he told us to go make disciples of all nations. In Mark 16:15-20, he told us to preach the gospel to all peoples and heal them. In Luke 24:46-49, he told us to stand as a witness before all nations. He promised to send the Holy Spirit for that very purpose. Acts 1:8 says that if the Holy Spirit comes upon us, we will be given evidence to be able to stand as witnesses to the ends of the earth. I went to Europe as a witness that can testify of how God brought me before them despite all my shortcomings.
Second, if we lose hold of our spiritual blessings and heavenly mandates while Satan is oppressing all these nations and peoples, then we will also become Satan’s mockery. The churches of west Europe, the United States, and Korea are spiritually crumbling. The first place we visited was Czech Republic, where John Hus criticized the Pope’s corruption and proclaimed that the churches must enter into the Word, a hundred years before Martin Luther’s reformation. Hus was burned to death and martyred under the Roman papacy, but the nation struggled to keep the faith. After going through Catholicism and Soviet control, Atheism began to spread exponentially. The same goes for Hungary, as well as Serbia and Bulgaria, where the Orthodox Church is in the majority and Christianity is under constant persecution. There is government control in the churches, and some are even associated with the mafias. When the Orthodox churches broke off from the Catholic church, they originally prohibited idolatry and supported being centered around the Word. Now, they are even farther off than Catholicism.
Third, it is because there are people that God has left behind to remain even amidst all of this (Isaiah 6:13, Romans 11:5, Revelations 12:17).
As I gave messages about remnants, it was heartbreaking to see so many people shed tears. Many pastors in Serbia and Bulgaria requested me to continue to come and train them in this gospel, which confirmed my mission of saving the 237 nations.
As people holding onto this covenant and enjoying its blessings, there are so many things for us to do. In verse 24 of the passage, it tells us that regardless of the suffering and disasters going on in this world, the end will not come until this gospel is preached to the ends of the earth. In Serbia, I met a family of a pastor that was devoting their lives to unify the language of the scattered Romans to do this gospel movement under much persecution and hardships. They were also quietly living out their lives in preparation for the second coming of the Lord. We will share three covenants that we must hold onto so that we will have no choice but to stand as the main figures that will save the 237 nations.
- Going all-in for Only Christ, Only Gospel.
1) God said that we were given only one way for us to enjoy the blessing of salvation (Acts 4:12).
In Christ alone, we were given liberation and the right to become children of God that enjoys God’s blessings (Ephesians1:3-5). In Christ alone, we had become victors to win over the authority of Satan who is stealing the world away (1 John 3:8). When we lift up the name of Christ alone, the Holy Spirit works and raises us up as witnesses (Acts 1:8).
2) Let us no longer look upon our environments, our realities, and ourselves, and look upon Christ alone.
Since we are surrounded by such great cloud of witnesses, let us fix our eyes upon Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith (Hebrews 12:1-2). Do not listen to the word of unbelief from others. Only regard the sounds of the world for reference. Listen to the voice of God (Joshua 1:7). As much as you look upon Christ and the word settles inside of you, you will receive answers to save the age (John 14:12-14, 15:7). As much as you concentrate on the word, your imprint, root, and nature will be transformed. You will receive healing from depression, mental illnesses, and addiction (Hebrews 4:12).
3) Hold onto this covenant of Christ, hold onto the word in prayer, and receive spiritual strength.
Satan will continuously attack your heart to deceive you (fear, worries, anxiety, hatred) and make you fall into unbelief. Then you will evidently lose hold of all blessings that God has prepared for you. The proverb of the ten virgins in Matthew 25 portrays this. There were five that only took their lamps, and five others that also prepared the oil for the lamps. The gospel must not become another form of knowledge or formality. This is why the European and American churches are crumbling down. That isn’t the gospel that we must preach. Our gospel is the tears of God that are for the world. It is the gospel that enjoys the saving power of God. It is the gospel that gives us no choice but to be the witnesses of Christ. In your weakest moments, and moment by moment, yearn for the filling of the Holy Spirit and go into prayer.
- Going all-out for evangelism and missions.
1) This is essence of the proverb of talents in Matthew 25. Undoubtedly, there is something that God has given us.
Take those things, go out to the world, and sow evangelism and missions. Reap its fruits. How will you reap if you had not sown?
2) Remnants, disciples, and businessmen that study and work for evangelism and missions must arise.
Go on a lifelong prayer journey for the 237 nations. Plan for evangelization of the 237 nations. They may be closer than you might imagine (testimony of refugee ministers in Serbia).
3) Receive financial answers in the scale of 237 missions and devote. There are so many things we and our church must do for 237 missions.
Lay down your materialistic motives, embrace the desire of God, and be ever more sure of the covenant. God will absolutely answer.
- All-change, looking out to the Remnant Age.
There will come a time in which our remnants will arise and proclaim the gospel in the end times (age of the remnant, RUTC, and RU).
1) The 1st generation, the parents’ generation must become a role model. We must change ourselves first.
Joseph did not just come about. He had a father, Jacob, who held onto the covenant and completely aid himself down before the Jabbok river (Genesis 33) and Bethel (Genesis 35). Samuel did not just come about. Hannah, who was previously full of jealousy and competition, prayed in tears and held onto the absolute plan of God (1 Samuel 1). Our children know everything, and as much as you plant those seeds in tears, they will become blessings that your posterity will enjoy (Psalm 126:5-6).
2) Remnants must truly prepare for your families, your futures, and the futures of God’ church.
Your today is your future. The covenants you hold onto today, the studies you do today, and everything you lose for the sake of the gospel will be your vessel and blessings that you will enjoy in the future.
Conclusion – We are the final ones that hold onto the final covenant in the final age. May we all become main figures of victory.

Remaining Ones that God Will Have to Bless (Isaiah 60:20-22) 9/8/2019
The Israelites went through a worst time. The nation perished, temples crumbled, people became captives and were scattered all around the world. A time like this can come again. We hear news of curses and calamities, and churches crumbling. When Isaiah asked how long times like this would prolong, God said that it would only become more desolate.
Then, it said that a Remnant will be left behind. What kind of works will happen through them? The days of sorrow will end (verse 20), they will possess the land (verse 21), and the least will become a thousand and a mighty nation (verse 22). “Ending the days of sorrow” symbolizes the blessing of true salvation. Saying that “they will possess the land” represents the blessing of world evangelism of saving and conquering the world with the true Gospel. To “make a mighty nation” means that because God has to save the world through the remaining remnants, He will raise them up to the place of Summit.
We are the remaining ones (Romans 11:5, Revelations 12:17) of this age who were called to enjoy this blessing. We are people who are chosen to receive answers and blessings to the point where we will be able to save the crumbling churches of this age. There is a holy seed within us. For this blessing, through the diaspora, we have come to America which is the hegemonic nation of this age that is filled with spiritual problems from all around the world. God wants to raise us as evangelism disciples that will save the 237 nations and the world. Because of that, He will raise us to the place of summit.
Who will do this? Verse 22 says, “I am the Lord, in its time I will do this swiftly.” All we need to do is prepare our vessel. Then He will fulfill this work and fill this blessing. We need to prepare three things and concentrate. There are three missions.
- The first mission is to first experience the blessing of the Upper Room, and not be deceived by anything.
What is the blessing of the Upper Room? It is the blessing that was enjoyed by the 120 members who gathered in Mark’s Upper Room in Acts 1:12-14.
1) Who are the people that gathered? They are an image of the “least of you” that was mentioned in today’s passage.
Out of the 120 members who gathered in Mark’s Upper Room, except for the apostle and Jesus and his family, the rest were left nameless. They were nameless laymen. They became church workers, businesspersons who saved the field, and main figures of world evangelization. Church members are falling into various conflicts, worries, and fear. They are being deceived. They are people who will enjoy God’s greatest blessing.
2) Therefore, all church members, especially church workers, need to restore the blessing of knowing how important they are as individuals.
Joseph was not first. Joseph’s father first held onto the covenant. The covenant parents first hold onto is important. Moses was not first. His mother Jochebed held onto the covenant first, and during important times church workers like Jethro were sent to her. Elisha was not first. There was Elijah who called and raised him, and the devotion of businesspersons like Obadiah afterwards.
3) How will you restore this? That is the Upper Room blessing, fundamental blessing and Gospel Blessing.
① The church members of Mark’s Upper Room held onto only the gospel (Acts 1:1, 3, 8).
Only Christ, He is a unique Being who has solved all our life’s curses, Satan, and even eternal hell all at once.
Only the Kingdom of God, we are attacked by Satan through countless problems on earth, but we enjoy a background of a heavenly throne and power.
Only the power of the Holy Spirit, I possess nothing and because I know my weakness and incompetence, I look upon His power.
② One day, I am restored. You start to realize how importantly God will use you.
This is the Upper Room blessing. I am restored, and because I receive strength, God continuously sends people to me. Eyes to see people open (desperate ones, commissioned ones, faithful ones) and doors to evangelism open. This is how the doors to 15 multiethnic nations and 3,000 disciples that the church members of Mark’s Upper Room in Acts 2 encountered had opened.
③ Continuously hold onto God’s absolute plan for my life inside the Word (God’s CVDIP).
God accurately gives the Word through the pulpit and my 3 todays. You just need to experience how God is fulfilling that Word. Church members of Mark’s Upper Room scattered because of persecution, but it became a great answer to go into Samaria and Antioch.
- The second mission is a last mission the Lord has given and an absolute blessing.
1) It is a mission given to us before the Lord ascended, and a blessing we must enjoy.
Matthew 28:18-20 says to go and make disciples of all nations in the name of Christ (Absolute Disciple).
Mark 16: 15-20 says to drive out demons and heal the sick in the name of Christ (Absolute Field).
John 21:15-18 says to feed my sheep. It is saving the posterity and preparing the future (Absolute System).
Acts 1:8 is saying that my everything will become evidence because of this absolute blessing.
2) We only have to restore spiritual blessings and my spiritual state through Christ who within me.
① From the beginning, we were spiritual beings created in God’s image (Genesis 1:27), and beings who enjoyed spiritual power (Genesis 1:28).
The first life Adam and Eve were deceived by the temptation of “becoming like God,” and their relationship with God was disconnected. They lived life as spiritually dead beings (Ephesians 2:1) and lived a spiritually oppressed life (Acts 10:38).
② In the meantime, Satan is penetrating the young generation and elites by forming the New Age, Freemason, and religious organizations.
Through transcendental meditation movements, temple stays, and chi movements, Satan is enabling incorrect spiritual experiences, stealing culture, and is ridiculing Christianity. He is bringing in specialists and is acting as a lever for success. They are trying to gather their strength and change the world.
③ You need to learn how to look upon Christ for 24 hours, discover your own blessing of concentration, train yourself, and learn the method to do continuation.
The Holy Spirit is surely within us who are saved. Pray for the filling of the Holy Spirit when you are weak, have problems, and every moment for 24 hours. My spiritual state will live, and I will gain spiritual strength. It is okay even if I don’t receive answers, and even mistakes become an answer. It happens when my spiritual state has strength. You save people and the world through that strength.
- The third mission is an everlasting mission and an everlasting blessing.
Why are churches closing doors? It is because they are losing hold of the two things mentioned above and are unable to relay that to the posterity.
1) We have to relay something everlasting to our children. Our words of the flesh and words of unbelief are directly relayed. God is everlasting and my soul is everlasting. I am within an everlasting background of heaven, and there is eternal judgement and even rewards.
2) We are living life as ones who will leave behind something eternal before we go. Especially, everything done for the posterity will be left behind eternally.
Jesus said that what was done to the least of these brothers and sisters, you did for me. He said that he would remember forever (Matthew 25:40). After crossing the Jordan River, they brought a stone to relay the covenant to the posterity, and that became an everlasting monument (Joshua 4:7).
Conclusion – We are the remaining ones of this age. I pray that you will hold onto the three missions and blessings and become witnesses of blessings of this age.

Remaining Ones that Shine the Light in Darkness (Isaiah 60:1-7) 9/1/2019
Last week, we went out for evangelism camp to a region called “Barry Farm” in Southeast Washington, D.C. I was vaguely aware that is was a region full of crimes, poverty, and substance addicts, and the fact that it is a region now under renovation and development.
Historically, it turned out to be a very important region. During Abraham Lincoln’s time, the Freedmen’s Bureau (officially the U.S. Bureau of Refugees, Freedmen, and Abandoned Lands) bought this farm from David and Julia Barry and transformed it into a post-Civil War community of formerly enslaved and free-born African Americans. One of the heroes of the Civil War, General Oliver Howard, was also in support of this acquisition. With his name, Howard University was established. The faith of Abraham Lincoln, who stated that “all men are created equal” and proposed to end slavery as his presidential campaign and platform was very special. However, the faith of General Howard has its own legacy. One day, when his friends and family wanted to invite him to a dinner party on Wednesday, he could not attend because he had an important meeting set up beforehand. After moving it to Thursday, they later found out that the important meeting was a meeting with God at Wednesday service. Such spiritual atmosphere carried over later to the churches of Korea and continued the Sunday night worship and Wednesday night worships. I thought about how this precious and important city became such a dangerous and evil place to be.
As we went around the region, we were shocked at how the churches there made it to be that way. Thankfully, our pastor Dexter continuously shared the gospel in this area and churches nearby, and one of the individuals that he met desires to embrace the city as an important field for world evangelism and follow God’s plan.
Issues of poverty, crimes, and drug use are not only problems of this region. The entire nation of America is suffering from terrorist attacks and substance use. Many medications that are used in hospitals contain traces of drugs, and we are legalizing marijuana. But what are churches doing? We are the ones that God has remained. There is an important answer within the passage.
- We must enjoy the light of Christ that is within us (1-2). How must we enjoy this?
1) First, we must be aware that there will come a time in which darkness covers the earth (verse 2).
① What does that darkness signify? All suffering, curses, and calamities that come upon the peoples. The Bible speaks of the spiritual entity that creates those sufferings, curses, and calamities and drags us humans to fall deeply into them (Job).
② What does the Bible call them? It is he who corrupted the first lives and destroyed the relationship between God and man (Genesis 3:1-5).
The ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him (Revelations 12:9). They were angels that had become corrupted (Ezekiel 28:14-15). Jesus said he is the prince of this world (John 14:30), and the rulers, authorities and the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12) that will lead the world into suffering.
2) We must meet the Christ who came to destroy this darkness and liberate us from sin, curses, and Satan.
① Christ did not just solve our problems of sin and curses. He crushed he head of Satan (Genesis 3:15). This was the first gospel that God gave as soon as mankind fell. To the people suffering from mental illnesses, drugs addictions, and incomprehensible problems, we must share this gospel of Christ (1 John 3:8). This is not simply a matter of sin. We are unaware that we are oppressed by the authority of darkness (Acts 10:38). Becoming free from this is salvation (Colossians 1:13-14).
② Christ had come as the Light to crush this authority of darkness (John 1:4).
When we accept Christ as the savior of our lives, that light comes upon us (verse 1). The Bible names us children of light (Ephesians 5:8), and we have been given the right to become children of God (John 1:12). In the passage it says, “the glory of the Lord rises upon you.” From there, 7 authorities (filling, guidance, and working of the Holy Spirit, help of angels, victory over Satan, heavenly background, and world conquest).
3) No longer be deceived by your environment, reality, or yourself, and stand up boldly.
Restore your spiritual self-confidence (restoration of self). Hold onto the word and look upon God 24 hours (prayer). Then go forth to share this Christ of only. People will come alive, and lives will change (evangelism and missions).
- There are blessings that follow those who enjoy this Light. There are three blessings that people who enjoy Christ will receive.
1) Blessing of an evangelist (verse 3-4). God confirmed this in Acts 1:8.
① Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your dawn.
God will use us as the ones to save all peoples and their kings. That is multi-ethnic ministry.
“Kings will come to you.” It means that God will raise up remnants to the place of summit (blessings that the 7 remnants enjoyed).
② “All assemble and come to you.” This is why we must be centered on saving lives.
Do not think lightly of people around you. Lead them to hear the gospel and always remember that it might be someone that God had prepared.
③ “Sons will come from afar.” They are the multi-ethnic children, TCKs, CCKs, and NCKs. Our children’s ministry and young adults must receive strength to help these individuals to be used for world evangelism. Even if it is just one person, have one heart, whole heart, and continuation and try 1 day, 3 masterpieces. Even if you pray for them 3 times a day, it becomes 3 masterpieces.
2) Financial blessings for evangelism and mission (verse 5). “The wealth on the seas will be brought to you, to you the riches of the nations will come.”
① God had given us the financial blessings to be able to conquer and rule over the world from the beginning (Genesis 1:28).
We lost all of this to Satan. Now, the New Age, Freemasons, and other religious organization and authorities under darkness rule over the idolatry economy, and the economy of corruption rules over the world.
② Through us, God will save the world (social enterprise), the posterity (welfare enterprise), and all nation (missions enterprise). We must prepare our vessels.
Do not be oppressed by money. Try not to accumulate debt (Romans 13:8). Shape up the scale of your life.
3) Blessings to save the churches (verse 6-7).
① We must go through realistic training to save the church (worship training, prayer training, offering training, volunteering training, evangelism training).
② All nations will come bearing gold and incense and proclaiming the praise of the Lord.
There are so many dependent churches. We must be blessed enough and we must devote enough to save those churches. Saving the remnants and people of all nations is the way to save the churches. Even when out church went through financial difficulties at times, the offerings of remnants and multi-ethnic members saved the church.
Conclusion – We are living in a world full of darkness. There are people suffering under this darkness in your workplaces and fields. We have the answer to save them, and we are the “remaining ones” that will be fully blessed to save all nations.

The Remaining Ones Who Enjoy 24, 25, and Eternal Blessings (Eph. 6:10-18) 8/25/2019
In Mark 24, Jesus spoke of the things that will happen in the end times. The Book of Revelations records of those events in a spiritual sense, which may seem hard to explain and understand. However, it is actually simple. The things that happen in the end times explain the evil works that Satan, who is introduced in Gen 1:2 and Gen 3:5, will create to destroy the church and the believers.
There is one conclusion. The believers that God chose and saved (those who have remained, those who are remaining, those who will remain, and those will leave behind) will absolutely have victory and be met with glory. For this, we are walking the 3 journeys throughout our lifetime.
First, you are walking the covenant journey. Regardless of what Satan brings you, hold onto the promise and walk the path of faith (11-12). The key is enjoying only Christ (Christ, God’s kingdom, power of the Holy Spirit).
Second, you are walking the evangelism journey; God’s conclusion. They key is holding onto God’s reason for everything that you do. Heavenly mandate is God’s plan to save the world. Calling is God’s plan to use you for that task. Mission is holding onto God’s plan in your field (academics, work). “This gospel will be preached to all nations then the end will come” is the conclusion. There is a separate blessing that evangelists will enjoy (100 years, 1000 years, and eternal blessings). This is why we must put on the full armor and fight against the evil spirits. Go and boldly proclaim the gospel (19).
Third, you are walking the prayer journey. Receive realistic strength. This is the message we will share today. Only when you have strength, you can keep your faith. Only when you have power (5 powers), you can evangelize and save souls. This week’s covenant of 24, 25, and eternal blessings are the key to walking the prayer journey. May you receive the greatest strength of your life today.
- Enjoy the three 24.
What is 24? The 24 hours that God gave us. Enjoy today as the best.
1) Gospel 24. What is the gospel? Christ came to solve the fundamental curses (original sin, Satan, hell) that you could not solve yourself.
① No matter how kind or diligent you are, if you do not enjoy this Christ, you will face spiritual problems and failures (John 10:10).
You will live a life ensnared under the 12 frames of Satan. It will be a life under oppression (Acts 10:38).
② Have faith that “it is finished” (John 19:30), turn everything into thanksgiving, and wait upon God’s prepared blessings (Acts 1:8).
All we can be is grateful for having our sin, curses, fate, and hell be finished. All that remains for us is to enjoy God’s blessings. Know that all discouragement, complaints, resentment, fear, and depression is Satan’s schemes and renew your thoughts through spiritual battle.
2) Prayer 24. “And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests.”
① The scariest prayer of all prayers is 24 prayer. It is turning everything that you think of, hear, see, and go through into prayer.
May your thoughts become prayer (Ephesians 3:20). Find prayer topics in what you see and hear (Matthew 13:16). You will have peace and strength.
② If you deeply concentrate and pray about important matters or problems, God will undoubtedly give you answers and open doors.
There is nothing that we cannot do with the power of prayer (John 14:12-14). Unimaginable works will arise (Jeremiah 33:1-3). All the works of the Holy Spirit that arose in the book of Acts were through the prayers of individuals that held onto the covenant (Prayer Acts).
③ When we pray, the darkness that tries to hinder you will break down (Mark 9:29). They steal away our blessings and block our paths.
If we do not have this mystery of winning the spiritual battle with the power of prayer, evangelism will be difficult and saving others will be impossible.
3) Evangelism 24. Before you go around to evangelize, focus on 24 with the heart of saving souls.
① As children of God, we are not simply living for ourselves. Whether we live or die, we are His (Romans 14:8).
Even non-believing elites live with this kind of world view. They devote to saving the world and its people.
② Because we embrace God’s desire of saving the world and the people, God must give us everything (5 powers).
Run your business with the heart of saving people. Yield for the gospel and experience loss sometimes. There are separate blessings for you to receive in turn for your devotion to evangelism and missions.
- 24 centered on the gospel, prayer, and evangelism will undoubtedly create God’s 25.
For the world, the 25th hour is a time of despair. For us believers, it is. Time in which God works and we experience absolute power.
1) When God works, the doors of absolute fields open.
We can do world evangelism only through God’s blessings and the doors that he opens. Same goes for work and pastoral ministry. For the powerless people of Mark’s Upper Room, God opened doors beyond Jerusalem into Asia, Europe, and Rome.
2) In your field, you will meet absolute disciples.
Absolute disciple is someone who God has prepared long ages past and now has allowed you to meet (Romans 16:25-27). Only the gospel must be your motive. Only evangelism must be your reason. Like Jesus’ disciples, we are staking our lives. Even if we meet just one person like this in our lifetime, we can overturn the world. That is the work of Acts. Paul and Barnabas, Paul and Silas, Paul and Lydia, Paul and Timothy, Paul and the individuals of Romans 16.
3) If these individuals form a team, it becomes an absolute system that no forces of darkness can destroy (Matthew 16:18).
If those people bind whatever on earth, it will be bound in heaven. If they loose on earth, it will be loosed in heaven (Matthew 16:19). Families must become this team (mission home), businesses must have such teams within (specialty church). If a church becomes this team, it will save the world.
- This answer and blessing is not just for our time on earth. This is connected to eternity. That is eternity.
1) The heavenly angels will put all the prayers that we pray in a golden censer and will bring it up to God for eternal answers (Revelations 8:3).
2) Our devotions that we do in the name of Christ bring more than just blessings. It becomes eternal reward (Philippians 4:1).
3) Our devotions for raising the next generation will be an eternal memorial before God (Joshua 4:7).
Remnant ministry is not merely a future ministry. We are making sure that even when we leave, the covenant of God will be relayed down to the next generation and the works of God continue. When Martin Luther said, “Even if I knew that tomorrow the world would go to pieces, I would still plant my apple tree,” he had the same heart. Luther was not just a reformer; he was someone who had staked everything for the posterity education.
The Remaining Ones Who Enjoy 24, 25, and Eternal Blessings (Eph. 6:10-18) 8/25/2019 August 25, 2019
Remaining Ones Who Hold onto the Blessing of Heavenly Mandate (Matt. 24:3-14)
There have been many signs of the end times, but it has never been as serious as it is now.
So many places are experiencing disasters, wars, and terrors. It is predicted that in the next 20-30 years, it will be difficult to live on earth (global warming, radioactive contamination, explosive growth of the population). The core of 4th industrial revolution is artificial intelligence and genetic cloning. It is going to be that humans will become unnecessary. However, there is an even more heartbreaking reality.
Churches are closing their doors and crumbling down. Churches of Europe, Korea, and the United States are facing a similar reality. The Lord prophesized that Satan will attack through persecution, conflicts, and false prophets and temptations. The problem is that the churches do not possess the spiritual power to retaliate against it. All the spiritual aspects are dominated by the New Age and other organizations alike.
Would God leave the churches to crumble this way? There are the ones that God has remained (Isaiah 6:13, Romans 11:5, Revelations 12:17). This is the reason why the Upper Room movement emphasizes the covenant of “remnants.”
There is an important evidence of the end times. That is verse 14. “this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.” This is where the Upper Room movement’s covenant of 10 million disciples, 237 nations, and our church’s covenant of 3 thousand disciples, 300 regional churches, and 30 nations come from. God is opening tremendous doors (China, India, Southern Pacifics, Africa, Russia, and Muslins).
- Now, we need only to be sure of two things.
1) The last week’s message. Hold fast onto the covenant and do not lose hold of the covenantal line and flow.
It is the covenant of three only’s. Only Christ, only God’s kingdom, and only the power of the Holy Spirit. We who hold onto this covenant of only, we are not merely getting by. In that line of the covenant, following the flow of the covenant, we are living the covenant journey. It may seem like you are being stripped of everything you have and are collapsing, but you will stand as the ones to restore and save all things.
2) What is the conclusion for our lives? It is God’s conclusion. He will heal and bless us to save the world.
For that reason, God will make everything – ourselves, families, businesses, future, tears and pain – into evidence (Acts 1:8).
- We must hold onto this life conclusion as our heavenly mandate, calling, and mission. That is the covenant we will hold onto this week.
1) What is heavenly mandate? It is not simply God’s commands. It is His desire, His plan. This is God’s mission.
① Our salvation was not of our own plan, choice, or diligence.
It was prepared before creation (Romans 16:25-27), and it was the fulfillment of God’s plan, God’s choice and God’s own zeal. 2 Corinthians 11:2 expresses God’s diligence as “jealousy.” In other words, it is his zeal and pity for us. With that zeal and heartbreaking pity, he is finding all the ones he has intended to save (Acts 13:48).
② God will use us for his work.
Despite our shortcomings and failures, God will use us as coworkers. This zeal and pity of God must become our own. Discover it in prayer and meditation on the word. Through all your problems and heartaches, see the people who are in even greater conflicts. This is realizing the heavenly mandate.
③ God has prepared everything for those who have realized this heavenly mandate.
As it says in Matthew 28:18-20, the one who has all authority on heaven and on earth will be with us until the ends of the earth. Even if it is small, if you do it in the name of Christ, it will become God’s masterpiece and evidence.
2) For this heavenly mandate, he has called us individually. That is called “calling.”
We must hold onto the God that desires to use us and has called us by name (Isaiah 40:26, 43:1).
(1) What is the standard? God calls those who he desires (Mark 3:13-15).
God knows our weaknesses, our shame, and failures, yet he is calling us into his love and grace. That is why those who have realized this calling cannot be arrogant. There is nothing to boast about, nothing to be discouraged about.
(2) God called us as royal priesthood that will praise and proclaim only of His glory (1 Peter 2:9).
When we pray in the name of Christ, darkness is broken down and the Holy Spirit works. This is the king’s authority. When we proclaim of only Christ, people are healed and saved. This is the priest’s authority. It is not through me or us. The authority and power of Christ is being revealed through us.
(3) Concentrate to listen to God’s calling and his word for us and follow him.
① Because we are so focused on the noises of the world and people, we are unable to hear God.
Listen to God’s voice today. Begin your day with word, prayer, and evangelism and listen to his sound (3 todays). Young Samuel hears God’s voice while sleeping next to the ark of the covenant (1 Samuel 3:3-4). In your toughest times, listen to God’s messages. When Elijah was near death, he heard the subtle voice of God (1 King 19:12). There, Elijah holds onto the covenant of the 7 thousand that God has remained and realizes his individual covenant.
② Thus, we must not be deprived of our personal time of concentration on God. That is the time of concentration (meaning of concentrated training).
Even when you worship together, tune into your own personal time. Train your alone time to be used as the time to concentrate on God.
3) There will be things that God gives only to you, in your field, that only you can do. That is called “mission.”
① Begin with something rightful. There are rightful and appropriate things that you should do in your position.
Whether it is within your families or workplaces, you are to take it as things that God has entrusted to you and do them in thanksgiving (vocation).
② It may seem like insignificant things. But it is not. Do them as you would for God (Matthew 25:40).
Even the smallest of tasks can become necessary and absolute if you do them for God. One day, it will become your specialty (profession).
That task you take on before God, those small seeds that you sow, will become your everlasting blessing (Galatians 6:7-8).
③ There are things that God entrusts to the servant of God and the church. That is the parable of the talents in Matthew 25.
“You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness.” When God entrusts us with things, he knows our capacities and promised to allow us the power and wisdom to handle it. As you receive strength and wisdom within this prayer, administer your studies, work, and positions (Philippians 3:3). God will lead us to know things that nonbelievers do not, go to places they cannot, and do the things that they can’t to save the world (occupation).
Conclusion – We are in the end times. Do not lose hold of the covenantal flow, and be the ones to enjoy your heavenly mandate, calling, and mission. We are the witnesses of the end times.
Remaining Ones Who Hold onto the Blessing of Heavenly Mandate (Matt. 24:3-14) Matt. 24:3-14
Actualization of 1st, 2nd, 3rd RUTC:
The One Who Remained That Holds onto the Covenant of Only (1 Corinthians 2:1-5)
It is the “blessing of only.” Why must it be only? If it is only, then what must be my only? What is that only for? When we use the word only, there are at least three meanings.
First, it means it is that precious. It means it cannot be compared with other things and cannot be changed. Furthermore, it can be considered only because it is unique. If you take something as only when it is not important or unique in your life, then that is being deceived, and later on, that will become an obsession or addiction. Satan continuously makes the incorrect things of the world as only through us. That’s how problems of Genesis 1:2 come, and later on it progresses to depression and even suicidal urges.
Second, only means I am concentrating on something. When a normal person does only on something, tremendous strength comes forth. Edison who was called the king of invention could not hear almost completely when he was young. He had injured his ear by blowing up something while experimenting. But he said because he could not hear, he was able to pray and concentrate on experiments. Organizations such as the New Age experience another power through training this concentration, but this rather creates spiritual problems.
Third, only signifies a state that is able to continue something. When a person makes up their mind, he needs to continue to the end, but that is what is difficult. Especially, there are people who carries out interpersonal relationships like this. People who are quick to like and dislike, and talk about people here and there, will be difficult to do great things. It is the careful people.
What should this only mean to us, and what is this only for? This is the covenant God has given to us. He is saying to look upon Christ, God’s Kingdom, and the power of the Holy Spirit of Acts 1:1,3,8 as only, and experience it. That is the key to changing the world, key to concentration training, and key to the 62 points of the life of an evangelist. This is the mystery of how weak disciples, nameless members of Mark’s Upper Room, and persecutor Paul conquered Rome and saved the world. I hope this blessing will be restored.
- Why does Christ have to be my only?
1) The most fundamental start is because He loved me as only.
He who loved me as only is telling me to know what that only love is and to experience it. Why is it a love of only? He loved us by giving us His one and only life. When we were still sinners (Romans 5:8). Before I knew Him and loved Him, He chose me first and loved me first (1John 4:10). We call this absolute love, love of only, and agape love.
2) It is because with His death and resurrection He solved all fundamental curses of my life.
What are fundamental curses? It is the curse of original sin (Romans 5:12). Curse of Satan (John 10:10). Curse of an eternal hell (Hebrews 9:27).
① God’s Son came as the Highest Priest and received the punishment of the cross for us and finished all curses (John 19:30).
When we are within this, we are freed (Romans 8:1-2). The life that lives within this becomes a blessing (Galatians 3:14).
② As He resurrected, He became our king by destroying the power of Satan who continuously drove our lives into curses (1John 3:8).
Satan will try to deceive us again with our past scars and problems of our reality. If we are deceived, we become defeated and stragglers. Now, with the authority of Christ the King, we just need to cast these spiritual forces out (Luke 10:19, 1 Corinthians 15:57). We become victors.
③ He is with us forever and became our way, truth and new life (John 14:6).
We call Him prophet. We call Him Christ because we combine this High Priest, King and Prophet.
3) In one word, we call the coming of this Christ, the “Gospel” (Luke 2:10).
It is not just an ordinary gospel. It is a unique gospel (Acts 4:12). It is a perfect gospel (1 Corinthians 2:2). It doesn’t matter if problems come again. It doesn’t matter if you are poor, or if you lose everything. It doesn’t matter whether you live or die. It becomes an evidence to save the world while living on earth (Acts1:8), and an eternal evidence in front of God when death comes (Romans 16:27). Does this Christ not have the worth of only in my life?
- Why does God’s Kingdom have to be only?
1) That is how we will no longer be deceived by the 12 frames (snare, trap, kingdom of the world) of Satan that is everywhere in the world.
All our scars, failures, curses, and destiny were within this. The moment you accepted Christ, you came out of this (Colossians 1:13-14). But we are still being deceived by this. Also, even though myself, my flesh and materials, worldly success, spiritual forces within that, and scars from one’s growing process, and family problems are over, we are still bound, influenced, oppressed and live at a level lower than that of unbelievers.
2) Our lives are no longer meant to be bound by Satan’s 12 frames. We do not belong there.
We belong in heaven, and we are ones who need to enjoy a heavenly background. We call this blessing God’s Kingdom. God’s kingdom is within me (Luke 17:21). Pray so that wherever you go Satan’s kingdom is broken down (Matthew 12:28). The spiritual flow of this age changes at my school, in my friendships, at my workplace and in my family. This is how the world changes.
3) If you enjoy this blessing as you study, work, and do business, everything you do will become blessings of uniqueness.
The background of heaven will work. Powers of the throne will be with you. He mobilizes angels to help you (Psalms 103:19-21). You did not try to succeed, but you are going towards the seat of success. It is because you need to be a witness, and there is someone to save there. In a world full of darkness, curses, calamities and suffering, what would you hold unto as only without this blessing?
- Why does the power of the Holy Spirit have to be only?
1) It is because even after we are saved while living on earth, we face limitations of my own power.
There are only worries and anxieties with my own strength. We do not know what might happen. This is a frank life. With my own strength, I cannot save or change anyone. I can’t even change myself, so how would I change others? Do not try to change. Experience changing through the power of the Holy Spirit. That is why we need to only look upon the demonstration and power of the Holy Spirit (verses 3-5).
2)When we enjoy this blessing, even small things become God’s masterpiece.
Even amidst sufferings, strength to do something will form (David’s Psalms, John Bunyan’s Pilgrim’s Progress, Fanny Crosby’s Hymns).
3) At that time, other people are healed through me, and their lives are changed, and works to save the world take place.
We call this the works of recreation. A slave changed the world, and persecuted believers of Mark’s Upper Room changed the world.
Conclusion – Us, one person is God’s person of only. Look upon Christ who is given by Him as a solution, the Kingdom of God that is a heavenly background, and the power of the Holy Spirit that is an eternal power, as only. I will live, the posterity will live, the church will live, and will stand as a witness to save the world.
