분문 22절에 하나님은 “너희 작은 자가 천을 이루고, 너희 약한 자가 강국을 이룰 것이라”고 했다.
작은 자, 약한 자들은 누구일까? 나라도 망하고, 모든 것을 잃어버리고, 희망을 잃어버린 이스라엘의 모습이다.
여전히 세상에는 이런 사람들이 많고, 이런 나라들이 많이 있다. 우리 자신들의 모습일 수도 있다.
하나님은 이들을 향해서 작은 너희가 천을 이루고, 약한 너희가 강국을 이룰 것이라 했다. 이것이 무슨 의미일까?
이것이 무너진 이스라엘의 결론이고, 세상에서 어려움을 겪으며 살아야 하는 하나님의 백성들이 누릴 결론이다.
- 천을 이루고 강국을 이룬다는 말이 무슨 뜻인가?
1) 이것이 인간이 회복해야 할 본래의 모습이고, 본래의 축복이다.
무너지는 세상, 무너지는 인생, 거기서 고통하고, 절망하고, 겨우 살기 위해 몸부림치는 것이 본래 인생 아니다.
혹시 실패하고, 남모르는 문제 앞에 절망하는 성도들이 있는가? 그것이 우리의 본래 모습, 본래 인생 아니다.
① 하나님은 본래 인생을 하나님의 형상대로 지으시고, 하나님이 창조한 세상을 다스리며 살도록 만든 것이다.
그 축복으로 자기만을 위해 살고, 심하게는 악한 일을 하면서 살아서 그렇지 인간은 본래 최고의 존재였다.
② 첫 인생 아담이 타락한 영, 어둠의 영이었던 사단에게 속아 이 모든 축복을 잃어버리게 된 것이다.
하나님을 불순종하고, 하나님과의 관계가 끊어진 것이다(엡2:1). 이후에 인간은 계속 불순종과 어둠을 만드는 흑암의 영에 사로잡혀 살게 되었고(엡2:2). 영원한 고통과 심판의 길을 향해 가게 된 것이다(엡2:3)
③ 이것을 완전히 회복하기 위해서 하나님이 그 아들을 보내신 것이다. 그 분이 그리스도이시다.
그 분이 십자가에서 나를 위해 죽으시고 부활하심으로 나의 모든 죄, 저주, 사망에서 건지시고(롬8:1-2), 이 땅 에서 계속 되는 모든 마귀의 일을 멸하시고(요일3:8), 하나님 만나는 길과 진리와 생명이 되어 주셨다(요14:6)
이 그리스도를 영접하는 순간 하나님의 자녀가 되고, 내 인생의 모든 어둠의 일들이 끝나는 것이다(골1:13-14)
2) 실패하고 무너졌는가? 해결하지 못하는 어둠이 내 안에 있고, 고통이 내 안에 있는가?
이 그리스도 안에 있고, 이 그리스도를 바라볼 때 모든 것이 증거가 되게 하시겠다는 것이다.
3) 이제는 나 같은 사람을 살리고, 흑암과 절망 중에 있는 모든 민족, 나라를 살리는 증인으로 세우신다는 것이다 이렇게 살 수 있는 인생이 천을 이루고, 강국을 이룬 삶의 모습이다. 나 개인만이 아니다.
가정, 민족, 나라까지 세계 살리는 강국으로 세우시겠다는 것이다(미국, 한국이 그 증거였다)
- 이 모든 일을 하나님이 하실 것이라고 했다. 하나님은 어떻게 이 일을 행하시는가?
1) 그 분이 직접 우리의 빛이 되고, 영원한 영광이 되어 줄 것이라고 했다(19-20절). 그리스도의 언약이다.
① 하나님이 모든 어둠의 세력에서 우리를 해방시키고, 어둠과 싸워 이길 수 있는 빛이 되어 주신다는 것이다.
그 빛으로 오신 분이 그리스도이시다(요1:1-4, 요8:12)
② 그 그리스도를 영접한 우리는 그 빛을 가진 자요, 그 빛의 축복을 누리는 빛의 자녀라고 했다(엡5:8)
그때 네 슬픔의 날이 끝날 것이라고 했다(20절).
내 인생에 하나님의 빛이 비추고, 내가 겪는 모든 문제에 하나님의 빛이 비추면 당연히 일어나는 일이다.
2) 이제 그 하나님의 백성이 땅을 차지할 것이라고 했다(21절). 하나님의 나라의 언약이다.
① 단순히 땅 부자가 된다는 말이 아니고, 땅(현장)을 정복하는 자가 된다는 말이다.
우리가 사는 현장에 하나님이 함께 하는 축복의 증거가 나타나고, 하나님의 영광이 나타날 것이라고 했다.
노예로 팔려간 요셉이 그렇게 살았고, 포로로 끌려간 다니엘과 세 친구, 에스더가 그렇게 살았다.
② 이렇게 해서 세워지는 것이 하나님의 나라이다.
온통 세상에 하나님 없는 흑암의 나라만 가득하니 하나님이 백성도 포로가 되고, 고통을 당하는 것이다.
내가 있는 곳에 그리스도의 빛이 비추어지고, 거기에 흑암이 꺽이고, 영적 승리를 누리는 것이다(요12:46)
3) 그 일을 하나님이 하신다고 했다(22절). 이것이 성령의 능력에 대한 언약이다.
① 하나님이 내 연약함을 아신다. 내 힘으로는 어둠의 영을 못 이긴다. 그래서 성령의 능력을 약속하셨다(오력)
이 언약을 잡을 때 나는 더 이상 약한 자가 아니다. 더 이상 아무 것도 아닌 자가 아니다.
② 나를 뛰어넘고, 세상을 뛰어넘고, 흑암의 권세를 뛰어넘는 것이다(영적 써밋)
악령의 세력들, 흑암의 세력이 아무리 강하고 무슨 짓을 해도 성령의 능력을 가진 자를 이길 수 없다.
- 이 세가지 언약이 나의 오직이 될 때(시간표) 내 인생이 진짜 망대가 되고, 파수꾼이 되는 것이다(25의 축복).
1) 오직 그리스도이다.
① 문제가 올 때 문제를 보는 것이 아니고, 그 문제를 끝내고, 그 배후에 서신 그리스도를 보는 것이다(히12:2).
문제, 위기, 갈등이 오면 왜 두려움, 절망, 미움, 분노가 오는가? 그리스도는 사라지고 문제만 보기 때문이다.
문제, 위기, 고통이 왔는가? 그리스도를 깊이 바라보고, 그 분이 나의 오직이 되는 시간이다.
② 이때 흑암이 꺽인다. 모든 문제는 유일한 증거가 되고(유일성), 나 같은 사람을 살리는 역사가 된다(재창조)
그때 우리가 가진 작은 재능, 하는 작은 일도 하나님의 작품이 된다(Heavenly Talent)
2) 오직 하나님의 나라이다.
① 그 분의 다스림을 받으라는 것이다(눅17:21, 롬14:17)
나도 내 마음, 생각이 다스려지지 않는다. 그래서 하나님의 다스림을 위해 기도하라는 것이다.
② 내 가정에서, 직장가서, 사업체에 가서 먼저 그 곳에 하나님의 나라가 임하도록 기도하라(마6:33)
어디를 가든 흑암부터 꺽으라. 그때 영적 망대가 만들어지고, 하나님 나라가 임한다(마12:28)
그 비밀을 누리는 자들이 237 나라와 5천 종족을 살려 하나님의 나라를 확장하는 것이다(Heavenly Mission).
3) 오직 성령의 능력이다,
① 우리는 이미 성령 안에 있는 자들이다(요14:16-18). 그 분의 능력을 누리기만 하면 된다(Heavenly Power)
다른 욕심을 버리고(왕하2:9), 평상시에, 약할 때에, 중요한 일을 할 때, 무시로 이 능력을 구하라(엡5:18)
② 이 성령은 우리를 보좌의 축복으로 연결한다(고전2:10).
시공간 초월, 빛의 능력, 전무후무한 역사로 나타난다. 이 능력으로 3시대 살리는 파수꾼으로 서는 것이다.
결론-내가 작고 약한 자로 보이는가? 그런 나를 강국으로 세우는 25의 증거들이 평생에 계속 되기를 축복한다.

A Church Leader that Stands as God’s Masterpiece (Ephesians 4:6-12) 12/18/2022
God desires to make the lives of His saved people into a masterpiece. That is His absolute reason for saving us, being with us, answering us, and blessing us. He desires us to glorify His church and save the 237 nations and the future generations. That is his absolute goal that he desires to fulfill by forming us into His masterpieces.
God created life to be that way from the beginning. He created us in his own image (Genesis 1:27), He poured over His power on us (Genesis 2:7) and blessed every home and every work of mankind (Genesis 2:8-18).
Genesis 3 caused mankind to completely lose this blessing. They became deceived by Satan, the authority of darkness (Genesis 3:1-4), fell into arrogance that led to crimes (Genesis 3:5), their relationship with God was severed (Genesis 3:6-8), and lost everything that God had given them. God sent his son to restore this lost blessing. That is salvation.
There are three powers that God gives to the saved people.
First, it is the power of the gospel (Romans 1:16-17). He freed us from all curses and made us someone that will enjoy God-given blessings.
Second, it is the power of the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:8). We are no longer weak and lacking. God will make us witnesses to the ends of the earth through the power of the Holy Spirit. Everything and anything will become evidence.
Third, it is the power of light (Isaiah 60:1-7). It doesn’t matter if the darkness covers the earth. The moment we received Christ who came as the light, we became a child of light that possess the power of light. We will save people, finances, and the church. It will be a masterpiece of light. The lay leaders are the ones who will be the model of this blessing and be used by God. Starting next week, we must raise new lay leaders. If the Lay leaders become the masterpiece of the gospel, masterpiece of the Holy Spirit, and the masterpiece of light first, they will be able to save everything.
- What is the beginning of a Church leader? It is the position itself that God gives through his grace.
1) He is the Father of all creation, He is above all creation, and He is among all creation as the triune God (6).
① Whether the lay leaders are raised through appointments or votes, whatever the method, they happen with God’s permission. That is why the church must pray with the faith that all things that go on in the church happen within God’s sovereignty.
② When Jesus appointed His 12 disciples, he prayed all night and chose the 12 (Luke 6:12-16). When the Mark’s Upper Room appointed Matthias over Judas, they did so by a lottery (Acts 1:26). When they chose their deacons, the congregation cast a vote (Acts 6:5). Whatever the outcome, they believed in God’s sovereignty and became united.
2) A position that gets filled that way is a gift of grace that only God gives (7). Since it is given by God, there is nothing to be arrogant or boastful about. We must all live in deep humbleness and thanksgiving. Salvation was given to us as a gift of grace (Ephesians 2:8-9). It does not come from our deeds or efforts. The grace and answers we will receive is also God’s grace. Evangelist Paul lived his entire life with this confession (1 Corinthians 15:10). Satan makes us lose hold of this grace. We mistakenly think that we can either do something, or we can’t do anything.
3) The blessing of blessings that a lay leader who is raised this way will enjoy is the blessing of the Throne.
① When Christ ascended into heaven, he gave each person a position as a gift (8).
Even now, the one who ascended into heaven is the one who blesses all lay leaders that Christ appointed.
② The blessing of the Triune God, the Throne, and the blessing of saving the 3 ages will come upon us. The specific content is the 3,9,3 prayer. A Church leader can lack many things. However, if they enjoy the deepest of things of prayer, everything will stem from it (blessing of Tower).
- This is the blessing that the Church leaders that arise this way will enjoy. The masterpiece of the Church leader is what comes from it.
1) There are many Church leaders in the church. The Triune God has raised some people as priests, some as evangelists who proclaim the gospel, some as pastors, and some as teachers in the Bible (12). Not only elders, deacons, and encouragers are lay leaders of the church. All people who carry out the important works of God in the church are lay leaders. Because they need to do important errands in the church, they must receive important blessings and answers. They will have no choice but to become God’s masterpiece.
2) God desires for all Church leaders to become three masterpieces (12).
God desires for the Church leaders themselves to become the best masterpiece before God (rightful masterpiece). “This position makes us whole.” It is talking about the grace and answers that Church leaders themselves will enjoy. How can we do God’s work when we are so lacking? It is hard to even do work in this world. Therefore, when we go forth looking for God’s grace all the more, He will give us all the wisdom, power, and strength to handle all things (Romans 12:6-8, 1 Corinthians 12:4-11).
② With that spiritual gift, God desires us to become masterpieces to serve all congregations (necessary masterpiece). It says, “to equip his people for works of service.” People who do “service” are called the “servants” (Colossians 1:23, 25). They are not people who are served or demand things of others. They think of what the congregation may need before others and serve them. They notice what the church members may need and have the heart to help quietly. To show this posture, Jesus washed the dirty feet of his disciples (John 13:14). There are individuals that discover what others need before anyone else and serve according to the needs. They become acknowledged, and they succeed.
③ Through me, the masterpiece of the entire church standing firmly will be established (absolute masterpiece). “So that the body of Christ may be built up.” There is no reason for the church to shake or crumble.
- There are three missions that the Church leaders and the church, that is the body of Christ, must be strengthened to carry out. From there, the conclusion of the Church leader and the future of the church is revealed. There are three courtyards that must be restored within the temple.
1) Courtyard of the gentiles. Within the church, all people of all nations must come together as one and share their strength. The Israelites of the Old Testament lost hold of this, so they became slaves and captives of the gentiles.
2) Courtyard of the children. We are preparing the future for our remnants (the ones who remained, the ones who remain, the ones who will remain, and the ones who will leave behind), who are the future generations. Therefore, we are told not to treat children harshly (Mark 10:13-14). It is because they are the future of God’s Kingdom and the future of the church. We will start the summit school in the new year. All churches and lay leaders should try to pray, devote themselves with their talents, and support them through offering.
3) Courtyard of prayer. The mystery by which the church is strengthened is the power of prayer (Pastor Charles Spurgeon and his co-workers in prayer). All there for the congregation and lay leaders to do when they gather is pray, and all there is to do when they disperse is evangelize. Everything will become a masterpiece.
Conclusion – Have you been facing many problems throughout the year? It was God’s time schedule and process in which he makes you a masterpiece. Many new lay leaders will be appointed and raised. May all congregation and Church leaders become established as God’s masterpiece.
A Church Leader that Stands as God’s Masterpiece (Ephesians 4:6-12) 12/18/2022 December 18, 2022Last week’s message was the 70 Disciples who Save the Age. In one word, be alert and pray. Why? The day of the Lord’s return is near. The age is becoming darker and more evil. What kind of faith should we have – end time faith. The age after Christ’s resurrection and before his second coming is the last days. As the gospel goes throughout the world the day of the Lord’s return is hastening. That is why Satan is going berserk. Jesus will absolutely return (Acts 1:11). Jesus finished everything on the cross and rose victoriously from the grave. Our life is within that victory. This fact must overshadow all others. End time faith has three elements: 1) no matter how dark the age, God has chosen and set apart those who will receive salvation; 2) only after the gospel of the Kingdom is preached throughout the world will the end come; and 3) God is not willing for anyone to perish – he waits for the last person destined for salvation to be saved. We do not live just any walk of faith – we are walking on the journey of the end time faith that has conquered in advance. How can we conquer in advance? Just be inside of the Word and follow the Word. This is the Covenant and being in the flow of the Covenant (Covenant Journey). Then you will absolutely have victory. God gives to his people his Word in advance and He fulfills that Word. It is when we hold onto the Word and place it in our hearts that we experience the fulfilment of the Word. Inside of the flow of the Covenant, there are three identities and path of the Covenant that we must take.
1.One who Remained – Path of One who Remains
1) The one who remains is the one who has strength and will be victorious. Your start may be good and you worked diligently but if you are not able to remain it is worthless. True faith is remaining to the end. How? God has chosen and therefore God will hold you to the end (Rm 11:5, Jn 10:29). It is not my hard work. It is God’s work and God’s grace.
2) The one who remains will remain no matter what. In the last days there will be tribulation. For the sole reason of following the Lord you will be hated and put to death. Because of the increase of evil many will fall away and betray one another and hate each other. False prophets will appear and lead many astray. The love of many will grow cold (vv.9-12). However, the one who endures to the end will be saved (v.13). Only the one who perseveres in prayer will endure to the end (Lk 18:1-8).
2. Pilgrim – Path of Pilgrim
1) We are not traveling an unfamiliar path or a path that we do not know the outcome of. It is a path we already have won and are victorious in.
a. Possess in Advance – mixed gospel, vague gospel, incorrect gospel, different gospel. We must possess the accurate gospel (Mt. 16:16, 17:8, 16:24, Jn 19:30) – (C)ovenant
b. See in Advance – we know the conclusion. Only when this gospel is preached throughout the world will the end come (v. 14, Mt 28:18-20) – (V)ision
c. Enjoy in Advance – being full of peace, joy, thanksgiving right now (Phil 4:4-7, 1 Thes.5:16-18) – (D)ream
d. Fulfil in Advance – Always being inside of the Word, prayer, and worship. Absolutely the word will be fulfilled (Is 40:8, Mt 24:35, Is 55:10-11) – (I)mage
e. Conquer in Advance – the one who holds onto the Word will absolutely conquer (Josh 1:5-8) – (P)ractice
3. Conqueror – Path of Conqueror
1) Jesus accomplished everything on the cross and has overcome. Our enemy the Devil’s head has been crushed. We can no longer receive wrath and condemnation. We have become God’s children and are eternally in the bosom of the Father. We are conquerors (Jn 16:33, Rm 8:37-39, 1 Jn 5:5).
2) The people of this world have lost hold of the spiritual and are living for the physical. We are those who sacrifice the physical to invest in the spiritual (saving lives). The path of the conqueror is the opposite of the world. Whoever saves his life will lose it, whoever loses his life will find it (Mt 16:25). The first will be last and the last first (Mt 20:16). A Conqueror fights the spiritual battle, not a physical battle. We know Satan’s strategy. We must save everyone.
3) Where you invest now will determine the flow later on. The greatest path of a conqueror is to invest in the next generation. God’s greatest concern/interest is for the Gospel/Covenant to be passed to successive generations. Only then can the 237 nations and 5000 people groups be saved. Though they may seem small and insignificant now, they are the ones who will save the world (Is 60:22). If all the first generation and members and church officers and pastors place their focus here then God will allow His blessings to overflow in every way. We must be the Platform (gather), Watchtower (prayer background), Antenna (relay) for the remnants.
Conclusion – No matter how dark the age we are walking on the path that we know the result and conclusion to. Through Christ we are on the Covenant Journey where we have conquered in advance. As we follow the Word/Covenant, may the blessing of the Throne be upon our lives, the church, and the posterity.
70 Disciples who Conquer in Advance (Mt 24:3-14) - 7/31/2022 August 1, 2022지난주 말씀이 시대 살리는 70인제자 – 십게 말하면 깨어 있어 기도 하라. 왜? 주님의 날이 가까워 지니까. 시대가 가면 갈수록 악해지고 어두워진다. 우리는 이때 어떤 신앙을 가져야 하는가 – 종말신앙. 예수님이 승천하고 재림 사이가 종말 시대다. 복음이 확산되고 주님의 날이 가깝기때문에 마귀는 발악 하고 있다. 반드시 예수님은 돌아오신다 (행1:11). 예수님은 십자가에서 승리하셨고 모든것을 이루었기때문에 우리에 삶이 그 승리속에 있다. 이 사실이 모든것을 좌우해야한다. 종말 신앙은 세가지가 포함 되었다: 1) 아무리 시대가 악해도 하나님은 구원 받을 자기에 택한 백성을 구별하셨다. 2) 오직 천국 복음이 세상끝까지 증거 되어야 끝이 온다. 3) 하나님은 아무도 멸망받기를 원하지 안기 때문에 마지막 택한자가 구원 받을때까지 기다리신다. 우리는 그냥 신앙 하는게 아니다 – 미리정복한 종말 신앙에 길을 가는것이다. 어떻게 미리 정복 할수있는가? 말씀 속에있고 말씀만 따라가면 된다. 이것을 언약이라하고 언약흐름 이라한다 (언약의 여정). 그러면 반드시 승리하게 되있다. 하나님은 자기 백성에게 미리 말씀을 주시고 그 말씀을 성취해나가고 계신다. 단 우리가 그말씀을 마음에 담길때 말씀 성취를 체험할수있다. 우리는 세가지 정체성과 언약의 길을 가면 된다.
1.남은자 – 남은자의길
1)누가뭐라해도남은자가힘있고이긴다. 시작은 좋고 열심히 했지만 끝까지 남으지 안으면 아무 소용 없다. 그래서 참신앙은 끝까지 남는 것이다. 어떻게 가능하냐? 하나님이 택하셨고 하나님이 끝까지 붙잡을 것이기 때문이다 (롬11:5, 요10:29). 내열심이 아니다 – 하나님의 은혜와 역사여야만 된다.
2) 남은자는어떤경우에도남은다. 마지막 때는 환란도 일어나고, 주님을 따르는 이유로 미우고 죽이려고 한다. 시대가 너무 악해서 믿음에서 떠나고 서로 배반하고 미워할것이다. 거짓예언자들에 말을 듣고 속이려고할것이고 흑암이 강해지니 사랑이 식어질것이다 (9-12절). 그러나 끝까지 견디는 자는 구원을 받을 것이다. 기도 하지 안으면 인내 할수 없다 (눅18:1-8).
2.순례자 – 순례자의길
1) 우리는모르는길을가고결과를모르는여정을가는게아니다. 미리 이겼고 승리한 길을 가는 거다.
① 미리가짐 – 섞인 복음, 희미한 복음, 틀리 복음, 다른 복음이 만다. 정확한 복음을 소유해야 한다 (마16:16, 17:8, 16:24, 요19:30) – C
② 미림봄 – 결론을 알고 있다. 이 복음이 땅끝 증거 되어야 끝이온다 (14절, 마28:18-20) – V
③ 미리누림 – 지금 평안, 기쁨, 감사 충만 하다 (빌4:4-7, 살전5:16-18) – D
④ 미리성취 – 항상 말씀 과 기도와 예배축복 속에 있는 것이다. 반드시 말씀은 성취 된다 (사40:8, 마24:35, 사55:10-11) – I
⑤ 미리정복 – 반드시 말씀 붙잡은 자는 정복 하게 된다 (수1:5-8) – P
3. 정복자 – 정복자의길
1) 예수님이십자가에서다이루었고승리하셨다. 우리의 원수 마귀는 우리를 이길수 없다. 더 이상 죄를 인하여 멸망 받을수없다. 영원히 하나님 품에서 자녀가 되었다 (요16:33, 롬8:37-39, 요일5:5).
2) 세상사람들은영적인것을다놓치고오직육신적인것을위해산다. 우리는 육신적인것을 희생해서 영적인것을 투자 한다 (살리는 일). 정복에 길은 세상 하고 반대다. 죽을때 살고 살라고 하면 죽은다 (마16:25). 먼저 된 자가 나중 되고 나중 자가 먼저 된다 (마20:16). 정복자는 육신 싸움을 하지 안고 영적인 싸움을 한다. 사단의 전략을 알기 때문에. 모든 사람을 살려야 하기 때문에.
3) 어디에투자하냐딸아서나중에결과가다르다. 정복의 최고의 길은 후대에 투자 하는것이다. 하나님의 최고의 관심은 복음/언약이 다음세데에게 계승되고 후대에게 전달되는것이다. 그래야 237나라 5천 종족 살릴수 있다. 지금은 아무 것도 아난것 처럼 보이지만 세상을 살릴자다 (사60:22). 만약에 1세대, 모든 성도, 중직자, 목회자들이 여기 에 focus를 논다면 하나님이 모든 부분에 축복이 넘치게 하실것이다. 우리가 렘넌트를 위해 Platform (모이게), Watchtower (기도 배경), Antenna (전달) 역할 해야 한다.
결론-아무리 시대가 악해도 우리는 결과 와 결론을 알고 가는 것이다. 그리스도 통하여 미리 정복한 언약의 여정속에 있다. 말씀/언약 따르며 보좌에 능력이 우리 삶, 교회, 후대에게 임하기를 축복합니다.
