Eternal Answer for the True Family (Matthew 12:46-50) 5/5/2024
May is a family month. There are many scriptures in the Bible that tells us how to develop family relationships that God has allowed us. However, there are scriptures that are difficult to understand. In Matthew 10:34-36 it says, “I did not come to bring peace, but a sword.” It also says, “a man’s enemies will be the members of his own household.” (NIV, Matt 10:34-36) What does this mean?
Today’s passage is similar. Jesus’ family came to visit, but in front of these disciples and congregation, He says, “Who is my mother and who are my brothers? For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother.” It may sound confusing. Perhaps Jesus was not able to greet his family because it was a public gathering, but what he said might sound like he is ignoring his family members. However, that was not what he meant. Later, among the main figures that led the church of Mark’s Upper Room were his mother and his brothers (Acts 1:13-14).
- Why did Jesus say such words? This is where he explains the true meaning of a family relationship that believers must enjoy.
A believer has at least three family relationships. The family must share a relationship that fulfills the will of our Father God in heaven.
1) Physical family relationship. Blood relations or genetically aligned relationships. Many people take genetic tests to confirm their relationships. It may be helpful, but it also brings many problems.
① A physical family is surely a relationship that God has allowed. We must cherish, be thankful, and be used by God (Ecclesiastes 9:9, Ephesians 5:22-6:4). If not, that relationship will create difficult conflicts and bring tremendous pain and spiritual problems.
② All conflicts began from a family relationship. Adam and Eve were the first spouses. The relationship that began as “the bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh” became corrupted by Satan. They ended up blaming each other, resenting each other, and being shameful (Genesis 3:7-12). What about Cain and Abel who were born of the same parents? As one failed to worship and could not spiritually communicate, the older brother became seized by Satan and ended up murdering his younger brother by stoning him (John 8:44). The first murder began from within a family. The ones who sold Joseph out of jealousy were his brothers. Look at David and his first wife Michal (2Samuel 6:16)
③ This is why Jesus said he has come to “bring a sword” and the “enemies will be the members of the household “(NIV, Matt 10:34-36). It does not mean for us to keep fighting. We must wage a spiritual war against the darkness that works to shatter the family, create misunderstandings, and bring pain. We must help with what we can, await God’s time schedule, and fight in prayer. This is how we must save unbelieving families and families in conflict. We must become the spiritual watchman.
2) Spiritual family relationship. Those who are saved together in the gospel and have become a spiritual family. The moment we received Christ, we became a family that can enjoy the blessings of our Father God (John 1:12) and share those blessings together (Ephesians 2:19).
① After Adam and Eve fell and family problems began, God gave us this blessing of a spiritual family. Many people in this age refuse marriage, family, and children because this age is so difficult and evil (2Timothy 3:1-3).
② From where must we receive comfort and strength? This is one of the reasons immigrants gather at the church. The church is like our mother, it is the house of God (1Timothy 3:15), and the body of Christ (Ephesians 1:23). We must create unity in the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 4:3), sympathize one another and forgive (Ephesians 4:32).
3) Eternal family relationship. Whether it is a blood-related family, legal family, or spiritual family, we must be within the Gospel to become the eternal family.
① This is why we must pray for the evangelization of unbelieving families. If not, it becomes an eternal farewell. The place that saved people of God will go is different from the place that unsaved people will go.
② After resurrection, there will not be my parents and my brothers (Luke 20:27-40). The Jewish takes up his brother’s wife if he dies without children, and other people get remarried. In heaven, like angels, we will not get married but live as the priests of Christ and children of the Father.
③ If we met someone in the field and they received salvation, they also become our eternal family. The relationships we have on this earth requires us to receive strength for each other, but the eternal family of that day will become our eternal comfort and strength for each other. That is why it is so precious.
- What must we do?
1) We must raise the Prayer Bartizan for our families, family line, and posterity and become the watchman that prays 24 hours.
① We must be thankful and happy because of our families for the days that we live on earth and meet as eternal families on that day. Moreover, we must stand as a family that fulfills God’s will while we live on earth, to have glory to enjoy together on that day.
② Joseph was sold by his brothers into slavery, but because he enjoyed being with God 24 hours, he was able to save all his family. Through him and his brothers the 12 tribes were made, Christ came, and that Gospel has even reached us.
③ Jesus’ mother, his aunt, and his brothers all gathered at the bartizan of Mark’s Upper Room and became the watchmen of prayer. Upon them, the Holy Spirit and answers of the throne came. They conquered Rome and salvation has even reached us.
2) Cherish the house of God and the body of Christ that is the church. Cherish the family members of the church, sympathize, and help each other. We are raising the Church Bartizan so that God has no choice but to work through the church.
① Have a time of concentration to first deeply experience the love of God and the grace of Christ. The time of pain, loneliness, and despair will be a time of “only” where you can grow deeper in Him.
② From then on, you will be able to embrace the heart of God who gave you His Son and the heart of Christ that threw everything away (Philippians 2:1-5). From then on, true devotions will come out. With the grace and love you received, you will be able to accept all things and surpass all things. Paul confessed that mystery is because the love of Christ strengthens him (Philippians 4:12-13).
③ When the house of God, the church receives strength through our love, devotion, and prayers, that flow will come upon us and our families.
3) Create the eternal family that will together raise the Mission’s Bartizan that will save 237 nations.
① You can adopt the children you meet in the field or the mission’s field as your spiritual child (financial support and prayer support, virtual communication).
② You can adopt the children in the most difficult mission’s fields as your legal child (many adopted orphans after the Korean war).
③ Lead them to become the remained ones of this age, the “Blessing of Remnant.” We are fulfilling the will of God that is His eternal delight.
Conclusion – God has given us the blessing of three families. May we eternally enjoy the answers of the true family and household.

5월을 가정의 달이라고 한다. 성경에 보면 하나님이 허락하신 가족 관계를 어떻게 만들어가야 하는지 많은 말씀이 있다. 그런데 어떤 말씀을 보면 잘 이해가 되지 않는 내용들이 있다. 마10:34-36을 보면 “내가 화평을 주러 온 것이 아니고 검을 주러 왔다”고 하면서 “사람의 원수가 자기 집안 식구들이라”고 했다. 무슨 뜻일까?
본문도 마찬가지다. 예수님이 가족들이 찾아 왔는데, 제자들과 많은 성도들 앞에서 “누가 내 어머니고 내 동생들이냐” 하면서 “누구든지 하늘에 계신 내 아버지의 뜻대로 하는 자가 내 형제요 자매요 모친이라”고 말씀하셨다. 좀 오해스럽다. 공적인 시간이니까 반갑게 맞아주지 못해도 이 정도로 말씀하면 육신의 가족들을 무시한다는 느낌이 온다. 그런 뜻이 아니었다. 훗날 마가 다락방 교회를 이끄는 주역 속에 이 어머니와 형제들이 있었다(행1:13-14).
- 왜 이런 말씀을 하셨을까? 여기서 성도가 누려야 할 참된 가족 관계가 무엇인지를 설명한 것이다.
성도에게는 적어도 세가지의 가족 관계가 있다. 하늘에 계신 아버지의 뜻을 이루는 가족 관계가 되어야 한다.
1) 육신의 가족 관계이다. 흔히 혈통의 관계, 유전자적으로 맺어진 관계라고 한다.
이제는 유전자 검사를 해서 친자 관계를 확인하는 일이 많다. 좋은 의미도 있지만 심각한 문제가 많다.
① 분명히 육신의 가족 관계는 하나님이 허락한 관계다.
소중히 여기고, 감사하고, 하나님이 쓰시는 관계가 되어야 한다(전9:9, 엡5:22-6:4)
이렇게 안 되면 그 관계가 감당하기 어려운 갈등을 만들고, 치명적인 고통을 주는 영적 문제가 될 수 있다.
② 실제로 모든 갈등의 시작이 가족 관계에서 시작되었다.
아담과 하와는 첫 번째 부부 관계였다. 그렇게 “뼈 중에 뼈요 살 중에 살이라”고 하며 사랑했던 관계가 사단에 게 속아 타락하고는 서로 원망하고 책임을 전가하고, 부끄러움을 느끼는 관계가 되었다(창3:7-12).
한 부모 밑에서 태어난 가인과 아벨의 관계는 어땠는가? 예배를 실패하고 영적인 소통이 안 되니 형이 완전히 사단에게 붙잡혀 동생을 돌로 쳐서 죽이는 일이 벌어졌다(요8:44). 최초의 살인이 가족관계에서 시작되었다.
요셉을 시기하여 노예로 판 사람이 형들이었다. 다윗과 그의 첫 아내 미갈과의 관계도 보라(삼하7:16).
③ 예수님이 우리에게 “검을 주러 왔다”고 하고, “원수가 자기 집안 식구들이라”고 한 이유가 이것이다.
계속 싸우며 살라는 말이 아니다. 내 가족 관계를 오해하게 하고, 고통이 되게 하고, 깨기 위해 역사하는 흑암 과 영적 전쟁을 하라는 것이다. 부족한 것은 도우면서, 하나님의 시간표를 기다리면서, 기도로 싸우라는 것이다.
불신자 가족도 이렇게 살려야 하고, 갈등 있는 가족도 이렇게 살려야 한다. 내가 영적 파수꾼이 되어야 한다.
2) 영적인 가족 관계이다. 복음 안에서 함께 구원받고, 영적인 가족 관계가 된 사람들이다.
그리스도를 영접한 순간 한 아버지의 축복을 누리고(요1:12), 함께 축복을 나누는 가족이 된 것이다(엡2:19)
① 아담과 하와가 타락하여 가정 문제가 시작된 이후 하나님이 이 영적 가족의 축복을 주신 것이다.
이 시대는 결혼, 가족, 자녀도 필요가 없다는 시대이다. 모든 것이 어렵고, 악한 시대이기 때문이다(딤후3:1-3)
② 사람들이 어디서 위로와 힘을 얻어야 하겠는가? 이민자들이 교회로 모이는 이유 중에 하나도 이것이다.
그래서 교회는 어머니와 같고, 하나님의 집이고(딤전3:15), 그리스도의 몸(엡1:23)이라 했다.
그래서 성령 안에서 하나 되게 만들고(엡4:3), 서로 불쌍히 여기고 용서하라고 했다(엡4:32).
3) 영원한 가족 관계이다.
혈통의 가족 관계든, 법적인 가족 관계든, 영적인 가족 관계든 복음 안에 있어야 영원한 가족 관계가 된다.
① 우리가 불신자 가족 전도를 위해 기도해야 하는 이유가 이것이다.
그렇지 않으면 영원한 이별이 된다. 구원받은 자가 갈 곳과 구원받지 못한 자가 갈 곳이 다르기 때문이다.
② 부활한 뒤에는 내 부모와 형제가 아니라고 했다(눅20:27-40)
유대인처럼 형제가 자식이 없이 죽으면 동생이 형수를 취하여 대를 이어주는 법도 있고, 재혼하는 관계도 있다. 그 답이 천국에서는 천사처럼 결혼하지 않고, 영원한 아버지의 자녀요, 그리스도의 신부처럼 살 것이라고 했다. ③ 우리가 현장에서 만나 복음 전해 구원받은 사람이 있다면 그들도 함께 영원한 가족이 된다.
어떤 면에서는 이 땅의 가족 관계는 이 땅에서 서로 힘을 얻어야 하는 관계이다.
그 날의 영원한 가족 관계는 영원한 위로가 되고, 힘이 되는 관계가 된다. 그래서 소중한 것이다.
- 우리가 할 일이 무엇인가?
1) 내 가정과 가문과 후대를 위한 기도 망대를 세우고, 24시 기도로 파수꾼 역할을 하라.
① 이 땅에서 사는 날도 가족으로 인해 감사하고, 행복해야 하고, 그 날에도 영원한 가족으로 만나야 한다.
무엇보다도 이 땅에서 사는 날까지 하나님의 뜻을 이루는 가족 관계로 서야 그 날에 함께 누릴 영광이 있다.
② 요셉이 비록 형들에게 팔려 갔지만 24시 하나님이 함께 하는 것을 누리니 모든 가족을 다 살렸다.
그 후대들을 통해 이스라엘의 열두 지파가 만들어지고, 그리스도가 오시고, 그 복음이 우리에게까지 온 것이다.
③ 예수님의 어머니와 그 이모, 형제들까지 마가다락방이라는 망대에 모여 함께 기도의 파수꾼이 된 것이다.
그 위에 성령이 역사하고, 보좌의 응답들이 임하면서 그들이 로마를 정복하고, 우리까지 살린 것이다.
2) 하나님의 집이요 그리스도의 몸인 교회 안의 가족들을 소중히 여기고, 불쌍히 여기며, 서로 도우라.
하나님이 교회를 통해 일할 수 밖에 없도록 오직 그리스도의 망대를 세우는 것이다(마16:16-18)
① 내가 먼저 하나님의 사랑과 그리스도의 은혜를 깊이 체험하도록 집중하는 시간을 가져보라.
아픔, 외로움, 절망의 시간이 그 분이 내게 오직이 되는 시간이고, 그 분과 깊어지는 시간을 만드는 시간이다.
② 이때부터 나를 위해 아들을 주신 하나님 마음, 모든 것을 버리신 그리스도 마음이 내 안에 담겨진다(빌2:1-5)
이때부터 참된 헌신이 나온다. 내가 받은 은혜와 사랑으로 모든 것을 수용하고, 다 뛰어넘을 수 있다.
바울은 그 비밀을 그리스도의 사랑이 나를 강권하시기 때문이라고 했다(고후5:13-14)
③ 그렇게 우리의 사랑과 헌신과 기도로 하나님의 집, 교회가 힘을 얻을 때 그 흐름이 나와 내 가정에도 임한다.
3) 237 나라를 살리는 선교 망대를 세워 영원히 함께 할 가족을 만들어가라.
① 현장에서, 특히 선교지에서 만난 아이들을 영적 자녀로 입양할 수 있다(기도와 생활지 지원하며 비대면 소통).
② 실제로 가장 어려운 선교지의 아이들을 법적 입양도 할 수 있다(한국 전쟁 이후 수많은 고아를 입양한 사람들)
③ 그들을 이 시대 남은 자, “렘넌트의 축복” 속으로 이끌어주라. 하나님이 영원히 기뻐하는 뜻을 이루는 것이다.
결론-하나님은 우리에게 세 가족의 축복을 주셨다. 참된가족과가정의 응답을 영원히 누릴수 있기를 축복한다.

God’s Eternal Plan for the Islands (Isaiah 49:1-6) 4/28/2024
The scripture for today is the scripture I shared when I went to Fiji, one of the 14 countries in Oceania. As I meditated on this scripture, I was able to hold onto the reason and blessings for the missions in islands that God has given to our church.
In verse 1, it says, “Listen to me, you islands.” In Isa 41:1 it says, “Be silent before me, you islands! Let nations renew their strength! (New International Version, Isa 41.1). Why did he call them, the islands? It is the absolute love and plan that God has for all islands in the world.
Islands represent the weakest nations and lives. Of all 5 oceans and 6 continents, Oceania consists of all island nations. Australia, the biggest nation there, began as a jail that held prisoners from England. Moreover, the countries there were first occupied and conquered by the superpower nations (England and France), but eventually claimed independence. But besides Fiji, which is famous for tourism, they all lack in economic, educational, and medical aspects. This is not all. It is the same case spiritually. All countries including Fiji are taken over by various heresies and religious groups. Tonga is taken over by Mormonism. Fiji and 6 other nations are taken over by The Salvation Sect, the famous heresy in Korea under Ock-Soo Park. The heretic sector under Ok -Ju Shin claimed that Fiji will become the new heavens and new earth to establish farms and take over their food industry.
What does God say about these island nations? Discard all scars and despair (“be silent”) to hold onto God’s absolute plan.
Verse 1 says, “Before I was born the Lord called me; from my mother’s womb he has spoken my name.” This is God’s selection. (v2-3)says, “He made my mouth like a sharpened sword, in the shadow of his hand he hid me; he made me into a polished arrow and concealed me in his quiver. He said to me, “You are my servant, Israel, in whom I will display my splendor.” (v4) says, “Yet what is due me is in the Lord’s hand, and my reward is with my God.” (v5 )says, “for I am[a] honored in the eyes of the Lord and my God has been my strength.” If this is God’s absolute covenant, how will the 14 island nations be used by God? These islands also represent the weakest nations and our weaknesses. What must we do?
- Within this covenant, receive healing and restoration first to stand as a witness.
1) This is God’s method and conclusion to save all nations. He chose to save the weakest and most lacking of all to save the world. He will heal us to heal the world and bless us to bless the world and raise us as witnesses (Isaiah 60:21-22, Acts 1:8).
2) Are you facing problems, pain, or crises? Our life and death is in God’s absolute sovereignty (Romans 14:8-9). If we must live, hold onto everything as the opportunity for the 3 answers. Look upon the power of the throne and challenge. All the problems that we face are opportunities for us to hold onto the absolute answer of only Christ. Conflicts are opportunities for us to renew ourselves and receive healing to prepare a greater vessel. Crises are opportunities for us to experience God’s absolute power and absolute doors.
3) What we must do realistically is focus on 24-hour prayer through deep breathing.
① Deep breathing is the greatest method by which we can revive our brain and health. We can revive our frontal lobe to better develop correct thoughts and judgement, as well as concentration levels. The key to that is serotonin. Moreover, deep breathing is the best way to excrete about 80% of toxins from our body.
②The prayer we pray in deep breathing is a method by which we can grow deeper with God (Genesis 2:7, John 20:22). Breathe slow and long breaths as you embody spiritual meaning into it (take in God’s things, excrete evil things).
- Realistically experience and enjoy evangelism and missions in your fields and around you.
1) People from the ends of the earth are close by you. This is one of the greatest blessings of living in the United States (Multi-Nations, Multi-Ethnicities, Multi-Cultures).
① Going to the ends of the earth is important, but we must first find people who are already here, to give them the answer and commission them. These people are being used as evangelists and translators who save their respective nations.
② Hold onto God’s plan for the countries you have been assigned to through the 5-member team and devote in prayer and offering. One day, great doors that we can’t even imagine will open. What began with Tonga and Fiji has opened doors to 14 nations.
2) Focus on one person to watch over and help.
① Phillip was led by the Holy Spirit and met an Ethiopian minister. That one meeting led to making Ethiopia a Christian nation. Make even a single meeting become an eternal meeting.
② Share everything you have (prayer, testimony, materials, continuous meeting and relationship) as you share the Gospel of only. Only Christ who became your unique, eternal, and complete solution. God’s Kingdom that is your eternal background and mission. The Power of the Holy Spirit that surpasses your theories, environments, and weaknesses. You will grow together spiritually, and become a team.
- Pray for that day where you and your entire family can go all in on evangelism and missions (CVDIP).
1) The start of the 5-Member Team is prayer (Acts 13:1-3 – their 5-Member Team commissioned missionaries and changed the world).
2) Dream of visiting a missions field at least once a year and pray about it (Clayton Kershaw, one of the greatest baseball players in the U.S.).
3) Pray about mid-term missions after your retirement. You can continue to do missions with your talents and skills. Learn new languages and skills that are needed for missions. That will be the greatest preparation for your retirement. We are thankful for and proud of our missionaries Michael Sims, Rachel Park, James Lal and Christine Lal. If we can establish a system (church, school, hospital, clinic) in a region and visit once a month, it will become a consistent system.
Conclusion – Verse 6 says, For God, “It is too small a thing for you to be my servant to restore the tribes of Jacob and bring back those of Israel I have kept.” The “Israel” may be the fallen churches, fallen realities, and our fallen selves. “I have kept” represents “those who have remained” or the blessing of “remnants.” “Bring back” represents restoration of the original blessings. It is restoring the blessing of Genesis 1:26-28.
What is it that God truly wants to do? It says, “I will also make you a light for the Gentiles, that my salvation may reach to the ends of the earth.” (v6) We are the light that saves all nations and peoples (Isaiah 60:1-2, Ephesians 5:8). God called us knowing that we are powerless, full of scars and weaknesses. Then, He gave us His light. We must enjoy that light 24 hours (Blessing Of The Throne), and break down the forces of darkness that works 24 hours. God’s Kingdom and the work of God’s Kingdom will continue to be fulfilled within us and all that we do (25, Eternity). We must enjoy that light individually and as a church. May we stand as the witnesses of that light to become the witnesses of that eternal answer of saving the ends of the earth.

본문은 이번에 다녀온 오세아니아 14개국 중에 하나인 피지섬에 가서 한 메시지 본문 중에 하나이다.
이 본문을 묵상하면서 하나님이 우리 교회에 섬들에 대한 미션을 주신 이유와 축복을 다시 붙잡을 수 있었다.
1절에 “섬들아 내게 들으라”고 말씀하신다. 41:1에 보면 “섬들아 내 앞에 잠잠하라 민족들아 힘을 새롭게 하라”고 하신다. 왜 “섬들아”라고 하시며 불렀을까? 세상의 모든 섬나라들을 향한 하나님의 사랑과 절대 계획이다.
섬들은 가장 연약한 나라와 인생의 상징이다. 실제로 오대양 육대주 중에 오세아니아주는 전부 섬나라이다.
그 중에 가장 큰 나라라고 불리는 호주는 영국에서 죄수들을 보내어 가두는 감옥으로 시작된 나라이다.그 외에 14개국도 강대국(영국, 프랑스)에 의해 가장 먼저 침략과 지배를 당하고, 국가로 독립한 나라들이다.
국가로 독립했지만 관광지로 유명한 피지 외에는 경제, 교육, 의료 분야에 너무 비참하고 치명적이다.
이것만이 아니다. 영적으로도 마찬가지이다. 피지를 비롯한 모든 나라가 각종 이단과 사이비 단체들에 완전히 장악을 당했다. 통가는 몰몬교에 장악되어 있고, 피지를 비롯한 6개국의 나라는 한국의 대표적 이단인 박옥수 구원파가 장악했고, 특히 피지가 새 하늘과 새 땅이 될 것이라고 선언한 신옥주파는 농장을 만들어 식료품 업계를 장악했다.
이런 섬나라들을 향해 하나님은 뭐라고 말씀하시는가? 모든 상처, 절망을 버리고(“잠잠하라”), 너희를 향한 하나님의 절대 계획을 붙잡으라는 것이다.
1절에 “하나님은 그들도 태에서부터 부르시고, 복 중에서부터 그들을 부르셨다”고 했다. 하나님의 선택이다.
2-3절에는 그들을 “날카로운 칼 같이 만드시고 갈고 닦은 화살로 만들어 하나님의 종으로, 하나님의 영광을 나타낼 이스라엘로 부르셨다”고 했다. 4절에 “그들은 하나님의 손에 있어 모든 고통을 회복할 것이라”고 했다.
5절에 “하나님이 그들을 영화롭게 하시며 그들의 힘이 되어주실 것이라”고 했다.
이것이 하나님의 절대 언약이라면 앞으로 14개 섬나라들이 어떻게 쓰임 받을 것 같은가?
이 섬나라들은 가장 연약한 나라들과 우리 자신의 모습을 상징하기도 한다. 무엇을 하면 되는가?
- 이 언약 속에서 나부터 치유받고 회복되어 증인으로 서라는 것이다.
1) 이것이 모든 나라를 살리는 하나님이 방법이고 결론이다.
가장 연약하고 부족한 나를 구원해서 세상을 구원하고, 나를 치유해서 세상을 치유하고, 나를 축복해서 세상을 축복하는 증인으로 세우시겠다는 것이다(사60:21-22, 행1:8)
2) 문제, 아픔, 죽을 위기를 당했는가? 우리가 살고 죽는 것은 하나님의 절대 주권에 담겨 있다(롬14:8-9)
살아야 한다면 모든 것을 3응답의 기회로 잡고, 24시 보좌의 능력을 바라보며 도전하라.
우리가 당하는 모든 문제는 하나님의 절대 해답인 그리스도를 오직으로 붙잡는 기회이다. 갈등은 나를 갱신해서 치유받고 더 큰 그릇으로 준비되는 기회이다. 위기는 하나님의 절대 능력과 절대 문을 체험할 기회이다.
3) 조금 실제적으로 할 것은 깊은 호흡을 하며 24 기도로 집중해보라.
① 먼저 깊은 호흡은 내 뇌와 모든 건강을 살리는 최고의 방법이다. 뇌의 전두엽을 살려 올바른 생각과 판단을 하 게 하고, 집중력을 키워준다. 그 키가 세로토닌이다. 아울러 몸 안의 독소 약 80%를 제거하는 최고의 방법이다.
② 또 하나는 깊은 호흡을 하면서 하는 기도는 이 하나님과 깊어질 수 있는 방법이기도 하다(창2:7, 요20:22).
호흡을 천천히 하고, 오래하고, 영적 의미를 담고 하라(하나님의 것을 받아들이고, 악한 것을 버리는 자세로)
- 실제로 전도와 선교를 내 현장과 주변에서 체험하고 누리라.
1) 땅끝의 사람들이 내 옆에도 와 있다. 미국에 사는 가장 큰 축복 중에 하나가 이것이다(다민족, 다인종, 다문화)
① 땅끝으로 가는 것도 중요하나 와 있는 사람부터 찾아서 답을 주고, 살려서, 파송해야 한다.
이들이 각 나라를 살리는 전도자, 통역자로 쓰임받고 있다.
② 오인일조로 우리 교회와 각자에게 맡겨진 나라에 하나님의 계획을 붙잡고, 계속 기도와 헌금으로 헌신해보라.
어느 날 우리도 상상하지 못하는 큰 문이 열린다. 통가, 피지로 시작된 것이 14개국 전체에 문을 여셨다.
2) 한 사람을 집중해서 보고, 집중해서 도와라.
① 빌립이 성령에 이끌려 준비된 이디오피아 장관을 만났다.
그 한 번의 만남이 이디오피아를 기독교 국가로 만들었다. 단 한번의 만남도 영원한 만남이 되게 하라.
② 나의 모든 것을 나누면서(기도, 간증, 각종 자료, 지속적인 나눔과 관계), 오직의 복음을 나누라.
내 인생의 유일한, 영원한, 완전한 해답되신 오직 그리스도, 나의 영원한 배경이요 미션인 오직 하나님의 나라.
내 이론, 환경, 연약함을 뛰어넘는 오직 성령의 능력이다. 함께 영적으로 자라고, 함께 하는 팀이 되는 것이다.
- 어느날 나와 내 가족이 전도와 선교에 올인하는 날을 놓고 기도해보라(CVDIP)
1) 오인일조의 기도가 시작이다(행13:1-3의 오인일조가 최초의 선교사를 파송하게 했고, 세계를 바꾸었다)
2) 1년에 한번은 선교지를 방문하는 꿈을 꾸고 기도를 해보라(미국 최고의 야구 선수 중에 클레이튼 커쇼)
3) 은퇴한 뒤의 중단기 선교도 기도해보라. 내 달란트, 재능으로 선교를 계속 할 수 있다.
미리 언어도 배우고, 선교에 필요한 기술도 배워두라. 최고의 은퇴 준비가 될 것이다.
그런 면에서 우리 교회의 심스 선교사, 라헬 선교사, 제임스 랄 선교사 부부들이 자랑스럽고 감사하다.
한 지역에 시스템(교회, 학교, 병원, 보건소)를 세워놓고 한 달씩만 가서 헌신하면 지속적인 시스템이 된다.
결론-6절에 “무너진 이스라엘을 보존해서 돌아오게 하는 것이 하나님께는 쉬운 일이라”고 했다.
“무너진 자”들은 무너지는 교회, 현실, 나 자신의 모습일 수 있다. “보존하신다”는 것은 “그 속에서 남겨지는 자들”, 곧 “렘넌트 축복”을 의미한다. “돌아온다”는 것은 본래 축복의 회복이다. 창1:26-28의 본래 축복의 회복이다.
그렇게 해서 하나님이 하고자 하는 진짜 결론이 무엇인가?
“내가 너희를 이방의 빛으로 삼아 땅끝에 이르게 하리라”고 했다.
우리가 모든 나라와 민족을 살리는 빛이다(사60:1-2, 엡5:8). 무능하고, 상처투성이요, 약한 자인거 알고 부르셨다. 그리고 그 분의 빛을 주신 것이다. 그 빛의 능력을 24로 누리고(보좌의 축복), 역시 24로 역사하는 어둠의 권세인 흑암을 꺽으라. 우리 안에, 우리가 하는 모든 일에 하나님 나라, 하나님 나라의 일이 계속 될 것이다(25, 영원).
우리 개인과 교회가 그 빛을 누리고, 그 빛의 증인으로 땅끝까지 살리는 영원한 응답의 증인들로 서기를 축복한다.

Eternal Power Experienced in Jericho (Joshua 6:1-7) 4/7/2024.
No matter how difficult it is for us and the world, if we can live enjoying the eternal power of God, nothing will be a problem. Many live their lives in fear and worry even after being saved because they do not know and have never experienced that eternal power of God. That sometimes causes depression, various diseases, and problems within relationships. First your relationship with God begins to crumble, and all interpersonal relationships thereafter. If we are continuously judging, worrying, and doubting with our standards, how will we maintain a good relationship.
In the passage, we see that the Great Wall of Jericho that mankind built in Canaan collapses, and Israel meets a turning point in which they begin to conquer Canaan. In this world, there are so many Walls of Jericho that we cannot break. That powerful wall may be something within us. We have walls that we built up inside to protect ourselves and protect our things, - our theories, stubbornness, and habits that we cannot break. 2 Corinthians 10:4 says that only the power of God can break down those strongholds. No weapon will be able to break that down. Only by the power of God (“Dunamis” in Greek) can we break them down. If we cannot enjoy this blessing, we are bound to live under our standards. Then, saving the Superpower Nations, 237 Nations, and 5000 People Groups will be someone else’s story.
- How did Jericho fall? Simply put, God Himself broke it down.
If we want to have victory in the fight against Ourselves, the World, and Satan, we must hold onto the three facts that the battle of Jericho teaches us.
1) The fact that God has promised Complete Victory to His Believers.
① God gave this promise from the moment Joshua and the Israelites stepped into Canaan (Joshua 1:3-5). In verse 2, God promises again before the Wall of Jericho, “I have delivered Jericho into your hands.”
② What is the covenant that God gives us through Christ’s Resurrection? Even death cannot overcome us, and no one will be able to take away our faith and blessings (1 Corinthians 15:55-57).
③ Therefore, in whatever case, do not falter but put your heart into the works of God. What is the work of God? It is believing in the One that He has sent (John 6:27-29). He finished all curses, resurrected, and is now fulfilling the work of recreation within all powerlessness, failure, and despair. Before His power, all Jericho will fall, and all forces of the enemy fell. We must experience this.
2) The fact that God Himself fought this war.
① For this war, all the Israelites did was put the Ark of the Covenant in front of them and had soldiers and people march around the city. On the last day, as they blew the trumpet and the whole army shouted in one voice, the city collapsed.
② Where else can you see such a war? It means that it is a war that God Himself fought (Joshua 5:14, Jehovah Nissi). When we raise up a Bartizan in us, God will raise up Watchmen and mobilize angels to work without rest (Isaiah 62:6-7).
3) The fact that all God’s people must do is remain inside His grace and power until the day He returns. After Jericho fell, God did not let them rebuild the rampart ever again. Why is that?
① It says that at the cost of His firstborn son He will lay its foundations; at the cost of His youngest He will set up its gates (v26). Ahab, who represented the evil, gave idol worship. He told his servant Hiel to construct the rampart, and Hiel does so at the cost of his two sons (1 King 16:34).
② The Wall of Jericho was the greatest wall that protected Canaan. The Canaanites relied on the Rampart. However, God’s people did not need such a Rampart. He chose us in His grace and gave us salvation through faith in Him (Ephesians 2:8-9). No matter what problem or enemies come our way, He will give us victory through His power (1 Corinthians 15:10).
- What must we do to continuously experience this grace and power of God?
1) Line-up (v3-4). We know how important the line-up is in wars.
① All we must do is follow the ones that lead with the Banner Of The Captain. Who is the one that will stand before us and lead us for our entire lives? It is not a powerful army, nor the number of people. God Himself will go before us (Micah 2:13). This is why God tells the Israelites to put the Ark of the Covenant in the front.
② We must follow God; our Salvation, our King, and our Leader who gave us the Covenant of Victory. It says that when they followed the Ark of the Covenant, Joshua and his people woke up early at dawn (v13,15). It is not about just early morning prayer. It is about putting Him first in the line-up of our lives, the first line of our lives, and the first hour of our lives. During the day, confirm the work of God that leads you. At night, wrap up your day in Thanksgiving for that day he led you through.
2) Meditation on the promise that He gave us.
① This is something God spoke about from the moment He raised Joshua as the leader (Joshua 1:7-8). When we meditate upon God’s word, our standards, levels, limitations, and scars cannot control us (imprint). Do not struggle to change yourself. The Word will cover you, comfort you, and strengthen you (to fill a broken vessel).
② God said not to say a word as they circled the City Walls. Why was that? First, it is to block all the unbelief that comes from our standards, levels, and scars. It is like a virus. God made them meditate on His promise. That is why the meditations of our heart and the words from our mouth are important (Psalm 19:14). As much as we take time to meditate, our imprints will change, and our hearts will be healed. We are giving God the space within us for Him to work. It is a personal time between you and God. It is a time for you to listen to God’s word and engrave it in your heart and soul. That is when the Holy Spirit works.
3) Our confession and Declaration of faith.
① In the end, the Lord told the priests to sound a long blast on their trumpets and the whole army to shout in one voice (v4-5). The trumpet sounds represent Christ the lamb who crushed the authority of darkness, death, and Satan and gained victory.
② To shout together means to confess and proclaim Christ. Salvation begins with the Confession of Faith (Romans 10:10). Spiritual victory is the same. When the church and each everyone continues to confess and proclaim Christ, darkness will be broken. The flow will change so that things naturally take place. Always try to give confessions of faith and thanksgiving. Good days will undoubtedly come (1Peter 3:10).
Conclusion – No matter how difficult or great the world may seem; those walls will ultimately fall. Satan tries to establish his strongholds in every place to deceive and give fear to God’s people, but those walls will fall. Break down the Jericho walls within you. All you need is the Eternal Power of God in you (Power of the Throne). May the Victory of Jericho become your eternal possession!

우리 개인이 아무리 어렵고, 세상이 아무리 어려워도 하나님의 영원한 능력을 체험하고 누리면 산다면 아무 것도 문제되지 않는다. 이 하나님의 영원한 능력을 모르고, 체험해보지 못했기 때문에 구원받아 놓고도 두려움과 염려와 갈등 많은 인생을 산다. 그것이 우울증을 만들기도 하고, 각종의 병을 만들기도 하고, 모든 관계가 깨지기도 한다.
하나님과의 관계는 두말할 것도 없고, 모든 인간 관계가 무너진다. 계속 자기 기준으로 판단하고, 염려하고, 의심하는데 어떻게 좋은 관계가 지속이 되겠는가?
본문에서 우리는 가나안에서 인간이 쌓은 최고의 성벽이라는 여리고가 무너지고, 이스라엘은 이제부터 전 가나안을 정복하는 전환점을 맞는 모습을 본다. 이 세상에는 우리가 깰 수 없는 강한 여리고성이 너무 많다. 무엇보다도 그 강한 성은 내 안에 있을 수 있다. 내 안에 내가 만들어 놓은 성이 있다. 내 스스로 나를 보호하고, 내 것을 지키기 위해서 세워놓은 성들이다. 내 이론, 내 주장, 내 고집, 내 습관, 못 깬다. 고후10:4에 보면 그 견고한 성을 깨는 것은 하나님의 능력 밖에 없다고 했다. 어떤 무기로도 안 된다. 하나님의 능력(헬라어의 “두나미스”)으로만 된다.
이 축복을 누리지 못하면 내 수준으로 밖에는 살 수 없다. 강대국, 237, 오천종족 살리는 것은 남의 얘기가 된다.
- 여리고가 어떻게 무너졌는가? 간단히 말하면 하나님이 무너뜨린 것이다.
우리가 이 땅에서 나와의 싸움, 세상과의 싸움, 마귀와의 싸움에서 승리하며 살기를 원한다면 반드시 이 여리고 성의 전쟁에서 가르쳐주는 세가지 사실을 놓치지 말아야 한다.
1) 하나님은 성도들에게 완전한 승리를 약속하셨다는 사실이다.
① 하나님은 여호수아가 이스라엘 백성들과 가나안을 들어갈 때부터 이 약속을 주셨다(수1:3-5)
2절에 이 여리고성 앞에서 하나님은 또다시 약속하신다. “내가 여리고와 그 왕과 용사들을 네 손에 넘겼다”
② 그리스도의 부활을 통해서 우리에게 주시는 언약이 무엇인가?
죽음도 우리를 이길 수 없고, 우리의 믿음, 우리가 누릴 축복을 빼앗아 갈 수 없다는 것이다(고전15:55-57)
③ 그래서 어떤 경우도 흔들리지 말고 항상 주의 일에 더욱 힘쓰는 자들이 되라고 하신 것이다.
주의 일이 무엇이겠는가? 진짜 하나님이 보내신 그 분을 믿는 것이다(요6:27-29).
그 분이 모든 저주를 끝냈고, 부활하셨고, 지금도 모든 무능, 실패, 절망에서 재창조의 역사를 이루시고 있다.
그 분의 능력 앞에 모든 여리고가 무너지고, 모든 원수의 세력들이 무너진 것이다. 이것을 체험하라는 것이다.
2) 이 전쟁은 하나님이 직접 싸우신 전쟁이었다는 사실이다.
① 이 전쟁에 이스라엘 백성들이 한 것은 언약궤를 앞세우고, 군사들과 백성들이 매일 성을 돈 것이다.
마지막 날에 양각 나팔을 불고, 전 백성들이 하나가 되어 함성을 지를 때에 무너진 것이다.
② 세상에 이런 전쟁이 어디 있는가? 하나님이 직접 싸우신 전쟁이라는 것이다(수5:14, 그것이 여호와닛시)
내 안에 망대를 세울 때 하나님은 파수꾼도 세우고, 천사를 움직여 쉬지 않고 일하신다고 했다(사62;6-7)
3) 하나님의 백성은 주님 오시는 날까지 그 분의 은혜와 능력 속에 있기만 하면 된다는 사실이다.
이 성이 무너진 다음에도 누구도 이 성을 영원히 다시 세우지 못하게 했다. 왜 그랬을까?
① 그 성의 기초를 쌓다가 첫아들이 죽고, 문을 세우다가 마지막 아들이 죽을 것이라고 했다(26절)
악한 자의 상징인 아합이 우상 숭배하고, 자기 부하 히엘을 시켜 성을 건축하다가 두 아들이 죽는다(왕상16:34)
② 여리고성은 가나안을 지키는 최고의 성이다. 가나안 족속들은 이 성을 의지하고 살았던 것이다.
하나님의 백성에게는 그런 성이 필요 없다. 우리를 그 분의 은혜로 택하셨고, 그 분을 믿는 믿음으로 구원받게 하셨고(엡2:8-9), 어떤 문제와 대적이 와도 그 분의 능력으로 승리하게 하실 것이기 때문이다(고전15:10).
- 이런 하나님의 은혜와 능력을 계속 체험하기 위해서 우리가 할 일은 무엇인가?
1) 대열이다(3-4절). 전쟁에서 대열이 얼마나 중요한지 안다.
① 대장의 기를 들고 이끄는 자들을 따라 가면 된다. 누가 평생 우리 앞에 서서 우리를 이끌어야 하는가?
힘을 가진 군대도 아니고, 많은 숫자의 백성들도 아니다. 하나님이 앞서 행하시겠다는 것이다(미2:13)
언약궤를 앞세우고 따라가게 하신 이유가 그것이다.
② 우리의 구원이 되시고, 왕이 되시고, 대장이 되어 승리의 언약을 주신 하나님을 따라가라 가라는 것이다.
특히 그 언약궤를 앞세워 따라갈 때 여호수아와 그 백성들은 새벽 일찍이 일어났다고 했다(13절, 15절)
단순히 새벽 기도하라는 말이 아니다. 내 인생의 대열에, 첫 줄에, 첫 시간에 그 분을 앞세우겠다는 것이다.
낮에는 하나님이 이끌어 가시는 역사를 확인하라. 밤에는 하나님이 이끌어주신 하루를 감사로 끝내라.
2) 그 분이 주신 약속에 대한 묵상이다.
① 여호수아를 지도자로 세울 때부터 하신 말씀이다(수1:7-8)
내가 하나님의 말씀을 묵상하는 그 시간에 내 기준, 수준, 내 한계, 상처가 나를 지배하지 못한다(각인)
나를 바꾸려고 애쓰지 마라. 말씀이 나를 덮고, 말씀이 나를 위로하고 힘을 주면 된다(깨진 항아리를 채우려면)
② 성을 돌면서 아무 입을 벌리지 말라고 하셨다. 왜 그랬을까?
일단 내 기준, 수준, 상처에서 나오는 불신앙이 나오는 것을 막기 위해서이다. 바이러스와 같다.
그러면서 하나님의 약속을 묵상하게 한 것이다. 내 입술의 모든 말과 마음이 묵상이 그래서 중요하다(시19:14)
묵상의 시간을 갖는 만큼 각인도 바뀌고, 마음도 치유된다. 내 안에 하나님이 일하실 공간을 만드는 것이다.
하나님과 나만의 시간이다. 하나님의 말씀을 듣고, 내 영혼과 마음에 새기는 시간이다. 그때 성령이 일하신다.
3) 내 믿음의 고백과 선언이다.
① 마지막에 제사장들은 양각 나팔을 길게 불고, 전 백성이 하나가 되어 외치라고 했다(4-5절)
양각 나팔은 어둠과 사망과 사단의 권세를 꺽고 승리하신 어린 양이신 그리스도를 의미한다.
② 함께 외치라는 말은 그 그리스도를 고백하고, 선포하라는 것이다.
구원도 믿음의 고백에서 시작된다(롬10:10). 영적 승리도 마찬가지이다.
교회과 개인이 계속 그리스도 고백하고 선포할 때 흑암이 꺽인다. 뭐가 되어질 수 밖에 없도록 흐름이 바뀐다.
내 입술에서 항상 믿음의 고백, 감사의 고백이 나오도록 만들라. 반드시 좋은 날이 올 것이다(벧전3:10)
결론-아무리 세상이 어렵고, 대단해 보여도 결국 그 성은 무너진다. 사단은 견고한 자기의 망대를 곳곳에 세우고 하나님의 백성들을 두렵게 하고 속이려고 하지만 그 성은 무너진다. 내 안에 세워진 여리고성부터 무너지게 하라.
내 안에 하나님의 영원한 능력이 임하면 된다(보좌의 능력). 여리고성의 승리가 영원한 나의 것이 되기를 축복한다.

Spiritual Meaning and Blessing of Resurrection (1 Corinthians 15:51-58) 3/31/2024
Jesus’ resurrection can be explained in many ways. Why did He have to die and resurrect? As much as we can fathom that, we will enjoy many answers and blessings. Whether or not you can believe resurrection is up to you. What is certain is that God is the one who allows you to believe, and being able to believe it is grace. No matter how much evidence of resurrection you show someone, if they are not saved and if the Holy Spirit is not in them, it is rightful that they will not believe. Moreover, if Satan is holding onto their heart, it will be even more difficult to believe. Unknowingly, they will fall into things that go against God. From today’s scriptures, Paul was someone who lived as a persecutor of the church before he experienced Christ. The key to today’s message is knowing the spiritual meaning of resurrection as saved people of God and enjoying this blessing. There are at least 3 spiritual meanings in Jesus’ resurrection. Within that, there are real answers we must enjoy on earth.
- Resurrection is a blessing that pierced through death.
If Jesus’ death didn’t exist, there would be no resurrection. Resurrection is the completion of Christ’ suffering, and His glorious conclusion! If there was no resurrection, His death would have been in vain, and those who believe it are to be pitied (v.17-19).
1) Why did Jesus have no choice but to die?
It was prophesied that He will be considered punished, stricken by God, smitten by him, and afflicted by God for His own sin (Isa.53:1, New International Version). During Jesus’ time, the religious and the powerful Romans made it that way. What was the crime that they accused Jesus of?
① Blasphemy. They accused Jesus because He called Himself the Son of God. They were saying Jesus dared to call Himself the Son of God. But because He is The Son of God, He could become the way for us to meet God (John 14:6).
② Blasphemy against the Priest (blasphemy against the authorities). As the Son of God who was without sin, He could die for us who was sinful (Redemption). He repeatedly talked about this (Matthew 20:28, John 5:24, John 8:32). If you live constantly in shame and guilt, your entire life will be a curse. If not, you would have to lie or live in hiding. Christ Himself became our sacrifice and died. Then he resurrected to give us the identity that would allow us to enjoy God’s blessings.
③ Blasphemy against the King. This is the reason the Roman Empire persecuted Christians to the end. They accused Jesus for calling Himself the King. The religious people were the same. After seeing demons flee and diseases being healed, they called Christ the “Beelzebub,” or the king of demons. He is not the king of demons, but the King of Kings who crushed the authorities of demons. Even now, wherever this Christ is proclaimed, the forces of darkness crumble!
2) There is no one else in history that died and resurrected for mankind. This is why Christ became the Unique Savior that solves all life’s problems (Acts 4:12).
3) This is another important thing. We may also receive suffering along with Christ. That may come from our own hidden scars. It may come from our transgressions and failures. It may come from various interpersonal relationships. However, there is suffering that comes because of Christ. What is the conclusion to that?
① It says that “indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his Glory”, (New International Version, Rom 8:17b). If you have been mocked at and persecuted or lost anything for the sake of sharing the Gospel, you will receive a hundred-fold on earth and eternal life (Mark 10:29-30).
② No matter what the circumstance, do not be shaken or afraid. God’s people knew the spiritual reality behind that and had victory. Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing” (Luke 23:34 New International Version)
- Resurrection is the evidence of the Eternal Victory that He promised.
1) Jesus died a wrongful death, but He did not remain in death; He did not remain in the grave (v55-56). Death came because of sin and curse, but he confidently overcame that law and authority of death.
2) Who tries to drag mankind to corruption, failure, and curses? It is Satan, who has the authority of darkness and death (Ephesians 6:12). The resurrected Christ will reign as our King until He has put all enemies under His feet (v25).
3) Fight against Satan and all his schemes to break down ourselves, our families, and all churches (Ephesians 6:10-11). When we call on the name of Jesus Christ that overcame the authority of death, Satan’s power will be broken, and he will flee (Luke 10:19). When we truly believe this, darkness will crumble and we will save those who are oppressed, in suffering, and dying away (Mark 16:17-20).
- This resurrection is the evidence of the Eternal New Beginning and Glory that He promised. Christ resurrected and ascended to the Heavenly Throne. When that Christ returns, we will resurrect with Him and share His glory before the throne (Revelation 7:9-10).
1) We will enjoy Eternal Life in the new world (New Heaven, New Earth) that He has made. Our life on earth is not the end. This body we have is not everything. We will resurrect and receive a new body (v48). This is why people of God do not fear even death. Death for us is the new beginning that opens eternity. Do not be afraid if you face death or crises as you proclaim the Gospel (Matthew 10:28). Even if deathly diseases come, dying will not be dying (If I Perish, I Perish by Ahn Ei Sook ).
2) There, we will govern over all the things (King) that Christ has made new (Revelation 22:5). Our faith, effort, and devotions, and the things that we shared on earth will not be in vain (v58). If you have lost anything on earth for the sake of your faith, you will gain eternal things.
3) Paul says, “I face death every day” (v31). He didn’t afraid even death. He was not trapped by His standards, the standards of the flesh, or the world. Because even if we die, we are not dying. Even if we lose, we are not losing. He overcame all this and went out to the world.
Conclusion – Christ showed the evidence of His resurrection and gave the last message to His disciples (Covenant of Resurrection, Message of Resurrection). With the name and authority of this Christ who resurrected, make disciples of all nations (Matthew 28:18-20), heal all nations (Mark 16:17-20), be the witness to the ends of the earth (Acts 1:8), and meet again on that eternal day. 그리스도의 부활에 대해 여러 가지 면에서 설명할 수 있다. 왜 그 분은 죽으시고 부활하셔야만 했냐? 그것이 이해되는 만큼 우리는 많은 응답과 축복을 누릴 수 있다.
부활을 믿느냐 못 믿느냐는 개인의 문제이다. 분명한 것은 하나님이 믿어지게 하셔야 하고, 믿어지는 것이 은혜다.
그 분이 부활하셨다는 증거를 아무리 보여주어도 그가 구원받고 그 속에 성령이 함께 한 사람이 아니면 안 믿어지는 것이 당연하다. 무엇보다도 사단이 그 마음을 붙잡고 있으면 더 안 믿어지고, 자기도 모르게 하나님을 대적하는 일에 빠지게 된다. 본문의 바울이 이 부활하신 그리스도를 체험하기 전에는 가장 교회를 핍박하는 자로 살았다
오늘의 메시지의 키는 구원받은 하나님의 사람들이 이 부활의 영적 의미를 알고, 이 축복을 누리며 사는 것이다
그리스도의 부활에는 적어도 세가지 영적 의미가 있고, 그 속에는 이 땅에서 실제로 누려야 할 진짜 축복이 있다.
- 부활은 사망을 통과한 축복이다.
그리스도의 죽으심이 없었다면 부활도 없다. 부활은 그리스도의 고난의 완성이고, 영광의 결론이다.
그래서 부활이 없었다면 그리스도의 죽으심도 헛된 것이고, 그것을 믿는 우리는 불쌍한 자라고 했다(17-19절)
1) 그리스도가 죽으셔야만 했던 이유가 무엇인가?
사람들은 그 분이 자기의 죄 때문에 십자가의 고난을 받은 것으로 몰고 갈 것이라고 예언을 했다(사53:4)
실제로 그 당시의 종교인들, 로마의 권력자들은 그렇게 만들었다. 그들이 만든 죄목이 뭐냐?
① 신성 모독죄이다. 자기가 하나님의 아들이라고 했다는 것이다. 감히 누가 하나님의 아들이 되냐는 것이다.
그 분이 하나님의 아들이기 때문에 우리에게 하나님 만나는 길이 되어 줄 수 있었던 것이다(요14:6)
② 제사장 모독죄이다(교권 모독죄). 하나님의 아들로 죄 없는 그 분이 죄를 가진 우리를 위해 죽어 줄 수 있었던 것이다(대속의 죽음). 반복해서 이 말씀을 하신 것이다(마20:28, 요5:24, 요8:32)
늘 부끄럽고, 죄의식에 시달리고 살아보라. 인생 자체가 저주가 된다. 아니면 거짓말하든지, 숨어서 살아야한다.
그리스도께서 스스로 희생 제물이 되어 죽으시고, 다시 부활해서 하나님의 축복을 누릴 수 있는 신분을 주셨다.
③ 왕 모독죄다. 로마 제국이 끝까지 그리스도인들을 핍박한 이유도 이것이다. 자기를 왕이라고 했다는 것이다.
종교인들도 마찬가지였다. 그리스도를 통해 귀신이 쫒겨 가고, 불치병들이 치유되는 것을 보고 “바알세불”, 귀 신들의 왕이 아니냐고 할 정도였다. 귀신의 왕이 아닌 귀신의 권세들을 꺽은 왕 중의 왕이 되어 주신 것이다.
이 그리스도가 가시고, 지금도 이 그리스도가 선포되는 곳에 모든 어둠의 세력들이 무너지는 것이다.
2) 인류 역사에 이렇게 인간을 위해 죽어주시고, 다시 부활하신 분이 없다.
그래서 그리스도는 인생 모든 문제를 해결하는 유일한 구원자가 되는 것이다(행4:12)
3) 중요한 것이 또 있다. 이 그리스도와 함께 우리도 고난을 받을 수가 있다는 것이다.
그것이 우리의 숨은 상처 때문에 올 수도 있다. 나의 허물과 실패로 올 수도 있다. 여러 가지 인간 관계에서 올 수도 있다. 그리스도 때문에 받는 고난도 있다. 그런데 무엇이 결론이었냐?
① 하나님의 자녀된 우리는 그리스도와 함께 영광을 받기 위해서 고난도 함께 받아야 할 것이라고 했다(롬8:17).
우리가 복음 전하다가 욕을 당하고, 핍박을 당하고, 잃어버린 것이 있다면 이 땅에서 백배를 받고 영생을 얻을 것이라고 했다(막10:29-30)
② 어떤 경우도 흔들리고 두려워하지 말라는 것이다. 하나님의 사람들은 그 배후의 영적 사실을 알고 승리했다.
예수님이 고난 당할 때도 “저들의 죄를 용서 하옵소서 저들은 무슨 짓을 하는지 모릅니다” 라고 했다(눅23:34)
- 부활은 우리에게 영원한 승리를 약속한 증거이다.
1) 그리스도께서 억울한 죽음을 죽어도 죽음에, 무덤에 머물러 있지 않으셨다(55-56절).
죄와 저주로 인해 사망이 왔는데, 보란 듯이 그 사망의 권세와 법을 이기신 것이다.
2) 인간을 타락하고, 실패하고, 저주로 끌고 간 존재가 누구였는가?
그들이 어둠의 권세, 사망의 권세를 움직이는 사단의 존재이다(엡6:12).
부활하신 그리스도가 그 사단이 그 발 앞에 완전히 복종하기까지 우리의 왕이 되어주실 것이라고 했다(25절)
3) 나와 내 가정과 자녀들과 모든 교회들까지 무너지도록 악한 궤계를 쓰는 사단을 대적하라(엡6:10-11.
사망의 권세을 이기신 그리스도의 이름을 부를 때에 그 권세가 꺽이고 도망간다(눅10:19)
우리가 진짜 믿을 때에 이 흑암이 꺽이고, 눌리고, 고통당하고, 죽어가는 사람들을 살릴 수 있다(막16:17-20)
- 이 부활은 우리에게 영원한 새로운 시작과 영광을 약속한 증거이다.
그리스도께서 부활하시고, 하늘 보좌로 올라 가신 것이다. 그 그리스도가 다시 오시는 날 우리도 함께 부활하여 그 그리스도의 보좌 앞에서 영광에 동참할 것이라고 했다(계7:9-10)
1) 그 분이 새롭게 하신 세상(새 하늘과 새 땅)에서 영원한 생명을 누릴 것이라고 했다.
이 땅의 생명이 전부가 아니다. 지금 가진 이 몸도 전부가 아니다. 부활해서 새 몸을 입을 것이라고 했다(48절).
그래서 하나님의 사람은 죽음도 두려워하지 않는 것이다. 우리에게 죽음은 영원한 것을 여는 새로운 시작이다.
복음을 전하다가 죽음의 위기가 와도 두려워하지 말라고 했다(마10:28)
혹시 죽을 병이 와도 죽는 것이 죽는 것이 아니다(안이숙 여사의 “죽으면 죽으리라”)
2) 거기서 그리스도께서 새롭게 하신 모든 만물을 다스리게(왕노릇) 될 것이라고 했다(계22:5)
우리가 이 땅에서 지킨 믿음, 수고, 헌신, 나누어준 것이 절대 헛되지 않을 것이라는 것이다(58절).
이 땅에서 그 믿음 때문에 잃어버린 것이 있다면 영원한 것을 얻을 것이라는 것이다.
3) 그래서 바울은 “나는 날마다 죽노라”고 했다(31절).
죽음도 두려워하지 않았다는 것이다. 내 기준, 육신의 기준, 세상의 수준에 잡혀 살지 않았다는 것이다.
죽어도 죽는 것이 아니고, 잃어도 잃는 것이 아니기 때문이다. 이것을 뛰어 넘고 세계를 향해 간 것이다.
결론-그리스도께서 이 부활의 증거를 보여주고, 제자들에게 마지막 메시지를 주셨다(부활의 언약, 부활의 메시지)
이 부활하신 그리스도의 이름과 권세로 모든 민족을 제자로 삼고(마28:18-20), 모든 민족 치유하고(막16:17-20), 땅끝까지 증인으로 살다가(행1:8) 영원한 그 날에 다시 만나자는 것이다.
이 부활에 담긴 축복이 내 영혼 속에, 마음 생각 속에, 인생 속에, 하는 모든 수고 속에 계속 체험되기를 축복한다.

Eternal Answer of Jehovah Nissi (Exodus 17:8-16) 3/24/2024
There is one thing that we, who are saved, must do very well. We must devote ourselves to God, participate in volunteering, and do Evangelism, and Missions. However, there is something that we must do and enjoy first - the blessing of spiritual battle and spiritual victory.
We are people of God; children of God who have the Gospel. We are the remnants (remaining ones) to save all nations and peoples of this age. Our insufficient lives must become evidence before the world through the answers and blessings that God gives. Only then can we give Devotions, Volunteer, Evangelize, and do Missions that saves 237 Nations and 5000 People Groups. Only then will we be able to confess that God has done everything, and everything was God’s grace, answers, and blessings (1Corinthians 15:10). That is how God will continue to pour down on us and use us.
The problem is, there is something that does not allow us to live that way. Who is that? Is it Satan, who possesses power of darkness. He deceived the first humans Adam and Eve and caused them to lose all blessings. If he was able to break down Adam and Eve, it will be a piece of cake for him to break us down, especially given that we are full of weaknesses and scars.
What must we do? That is the answer of enjoying spiritual battle and spiritual victory. We cannot afford to live any longer having everything taken away from us. For a few weeks, we will talk about the Spiritual Victory that Joshua enjoyed as the main figure of Canaan conquest.
In the passage, Israel was freed from the 400 year-long curse of Egypt (work of Passover, Calvary) They had to prepare to go into Canaan and become a great nation to save the world. There, the kKngdom of David was established, and Christ comes as David’s descendant. Through Christ, nations and destiny are overturned in every age. Now in this age, we have entered the Blessing of Salvation.
However, there were enemies that continued to block the Israelites’ way. The first enemy to appear was the Amalekites. They were not just hinderers. They represent Satan, who is trying to block the way of all God’s People and Evangelists even today. It says that “When you were weary and worn out, they met you on your journey and attacked all who were lagging behind; they had no fear of God” (Deuteronomy 25:17-19). “Amalek was first among the nations” (Numbers 24:20).
Satan was also a creation of God, but with corruption and the power of corruption, he became eviler. These forces brought suffering to David who was taking refuge (1Samuel 30:18-20). In the age of Esther, one of their descendants, Haman tried to destroy the people of Israel (Esther 3:6). God desires for us to no longer become victims to these enemies. That is the spiritual battle.
- No matter what, do not be afraid and fight the spiritual battle. God gave us the Covenant of Spiritual Victory through the entire Bible (7 Journeys). Hold onto this covenant and fight in faith.
1) Christ who will come as an offspring of a woman will crush the head of Satan (Genesis 3:15). This is the First Gospel given to Adam and Eve who lost everything as they were deceived by Satan, the old serpent!
2) Christ came to die for us and crushed the head of the enemy as He resurrected. It says that “He must reign until he has put all His enemies under his feet” (1Corinthians 15:25). In the end times, Satan will continue to do evil works, but because the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords will be with us, we will absolutely have victory (Revelation 17:14).
3) That is why as Jesus commissioned out his Disciples, he gave them the authority to overcome the power of Satan and have victory (Luke 10:19). If we face the enemy with this faith, they will flee (James 4:7). They will do evil things with evil power, but we must not fall into fear and become deceived (Ephesians 6:12). Always stay alert and fight with this faith and the power of faith (1Peter 5:8-9).
4) When evangelists put faith in this, demons will flee, and diseases will become healed (Mark 16:17-18). Christ who ascended to the throne has given us evidence (Mark 16:19-20). This is their 3,9,3 prayer and 7,7,7 prayers! Faith of all faith is the faith in God of the Throne and Faith in Spiritual Victory. There is no reason to be dismayed or distraught.
- How will we fight? The important thing here is the line of war.
This is the key to war. When the line is disrupted, no matter how many soldiers there are, it will be over. We see that in the passage.
1) Christ, the Eternal King, and Leader will stand in the front.
① This is what Jehovah Nissi (“God is my Banner”) means. Satan does not fear us. He fears the Banner of Christ that is held up within us and our fields.
② The Banner of Christ that we hold up in our families, workplaces, and businesses is called the Bartizan and Regional Church. Darkness will crumble down in that field and the Blessing of Platform, Watchtower, and Antenna will be fulfilled. Even if it is by yourself, try the 3 Todays. The Banner of Christ will be planted in that place.
2) The soldiers who will go out and fight. Joshua chose people to fight with him (v 9).
① They are the Chosen Ones. They are the Remnants (Romans 11:5). Our church will do amazing works when Remnants and especially Multiethnic Remnants arise. Fight the 3 Battles in 24-hour prayer and stand as a Victorious Soldier of Christ (battle of Genesis 3, 6, 11).
② When they arise as Evangelism Disciples, darkness will crumble down, and the 237 Nations and 5,000 People Groups will be revived. We will begin Evangelism Camps with Remnants in the future. This camp training must take place in their Remnant years. Camp is a military term. As we put up the Banner of Christ and pray in the field, works will arise.
3) In the back, there was Moses, who was praying with his two hands up, and Aaron and Hur, who held up Moses’ hands. This shows the meaning of the prayer of all God’s Servants, Church Officers, and Congregation. The prayers will be lifted to the Heavenly Throne by Angels (Revelation 8:3-5). That is when the Heavenly Army of Angels mobilize to work (Isaiah 62:6-7).
① The Prayer Background of God’s Servants. This is the greatest privilege and mission for all Pastors to enjoy. Joshua was raised by Moses’ prayers, and as long as Moses held up his hands, they were able to win.
② The Prayer Background of parents. Joseph was raised by his father’s prayers (Genesis 37:11), and Moses was raised by the prayer background of his parents (Hebrews 11:23). Timothy was raised by the prayer background and influence of his mother and grandmother Lois (2 Timothy 1:5).
③ The Prayer Background of all believers (Matthew 18:19-20). From this, our Remnants will arise, and the 237 Missions will arise.
Conclusion – “Write this on a scroll as something to be remembered and make sure that Joshua hears it” (New International Version, Ex 17.14-15). This means God Himself will fight and it will go on eternally (Revelation 21:7). May we all enjoy the Blessing of Jehovah Nissi throughout our entire lives.

구원받은 우리가 가장 잘해야 하는 것 중에 하나가 있다. 하나님께 헌신도 하고, 봉사도 하고, 전도도 하고, 선교도 해야 한다. 그러나 그보다 먼저 하고, 먼저 누릴 것이 있다. 영적 싸움과 영적 승리의 축복이다.
우리는 복음 가진 하나님 사람이요 자녀이다. 이 시대 모든 나라와 민족을 살릴 하나님의 렘넌트(남은 자)들이다. 부족한 우리 인생이 하나님이 주시는 응답과 축복으로 세상 앞에 증거가 되어야 한다. 그래야 헌신도, 봉사도, 전도도, 237 나라와 오천 종족을 살리는 선교도 할 수 있다. 그래야 모든 것을 하고도 모든 것을 하나님이 하셨고, 하나님 은혜요 응답과 축복이었다고 고백할 수 있다(고전15:10). 그래야 하나님이 계속 우리에게 부으시고 쓰신다.
문제는 그렇게 살도록 우리를 놔두지를 않는다. 누구일까? 그가 첫 인생 아담과 하와를 속이고 유혹해서 모든 축복을 놓치게 한 어둠의 권세를 가진 사단이란 존재이다. 완전한 아담과 하와를 속이고 무너뜨렸는데, 연약함과 상처투성이인 우리를 무너지게 하는 것은 식은 죽 먹기이다.
무엇을 해야 할까? 그것이 영적 싸움과 영적 승리를 누리는 응답이다. 더는 뺏기고 잃어버리면서 살 수는 없기 때문이다. 몇 주간 동안 가나안 정복의 주인공이었던 여호수아가 누린 영적 승리에 대한 말씀을 나눌 것이다.
본문의 이스라엘은 400년 동안 고통을 주던 애굽의 저주, 운명, 원수의 손에서 해방되었다(유월절, 갈보리 역사)
이제 약속의 땅인 가나안에 가서 큰 민족이 되고, 세계를 살릴 준비를 해야 한다. 실제로 그 땅에 들어가 다윗 왕국이 세워지고, 그 후손으로 그리스도가 오신다. 이 그리스도를 통해서 시대마다 모든 나라와 인생의 운명이 바뀌고, 이 시대의 우리까지도 구원의 축복 속으로 들어왔다.
그러나 그런 이스라엘의 가는 길을 계속 가로막고 대적하는 자들이 나왔다. 가장 먼저 나온 대적이 본문의 아말렉 족속이다. 단순한 훼방자의 수준이 아니다. 지금도 하나님의 백성들과 전도자들의 길을 가로막는 사단을 상징한다.
모세는 훗날 이들이 이스라엘이 가장 피곤하고 어려울 때에 뒤에서 치고, 하나님을 두려워하지 않은 존재이기 때문에 영원한 저주를 받을 것이라고 했다(신25:17-19). 이들은 이삭의 두 아들 중에 세상으로 가서 이스마엘의 후손, 가나안 족속들과 결혼했던 에서의 후손들이다(창28:9, 36:12). 이들이 세상에서는 으뜸이 되었다고 했다(민24:20).
사단도 하나님이 창조한 존재인데, 타락하고 타락한 힘을 가지고 더 악한 자가 되었다. 이들이 피난 중에 있던 다윗에게도 고통을 주고(삼상30:18-20), 에스더 시대에는 그 후손 중에 하만이라는 자가 이스라엘을 멸망시키려고까지 했다(에3:6). 하나님은 우리에게 더 이상 이런 대적에게 당하고 뺏기지 말라는 것이다. 그것이 영적 싸움이다.
- 어떤 경우도 두려워말고 영적 싸움을 하라
하나님은 성경 전체를 통해 영적 승리에 대한 언약을 주셨다(7대 여정). 이 언약을 붙잡고, 믿음으로 대적하라.
1) 여인의 후손으로 오시는 그리스도가 그 사단의 머리를 밟을 것이라고 했다(창3:15)
옛 뱀, 사단에게 속아 모든 것을 잃어버린 아담과 하와에게 주신 첫 복음이 이것이다.
2) 실제로 그 그리스도가 우리를 위해 죽으시고 부활하시면서 대적의 머리를 밟으셨다.
그가 완전히 그리스도의 발 앞에 무릎꿇는 날까지 우리의 왕으로 계실 것이라고 했다(고전15:25).
마지막 때에 사단은 계속 악한 일을 할 것이지만 만주의 주요 만왕의 왕이신 그분이 우리와 함께 하실 것이기 때문에 우리는 반드시 이길 것이라고 했다(계17:14).
3) 그래서 제자들을 파송하면서 이미 사단의 능력을 이기고 승리할 권세를 주셨음을 강조하셨다(눅10:19),
이 믿음 가지고 대적하면 저가 도망갈 것이라고 했다(약4:7)
악한 힘을 가지고 악한 일을 행할 것이지만 두려움에 빠지면서 속지만 않으면 된다(엡6:12).
늘 깨어서 믿음을 가지고 그 힘의 능력으로 대적하라는 것이다(벧전5:8-9)
4) 특히 전도자가 이것을 믿고 갈 때는 귀신도 쫓겨 가고, 모든 질병도 치유될 것이라고 했다(막16:17-18).
보좌로 가신 그리스도께서 증거를 주셨다고 했다(막16:19-20). 여기서 나온 것이 3.9.3 기도요 7.7.7 기도다. 믿음 중에 믿음이 보좌의 하나님께 대한 믿음이요, 영적 승리에 대한 믿음이다. 낙심하고 절망할 이유가 없다.
- 어떻게 싸울 것인가? 여기서 중요한 것이 전쟁의 대열이다.
이것이 전쟁의 키다. 대열이 흩어지는 순간 많은 군인이 있어도 끝이다. 본문에서 그것을 보는 것이다.
1) 맨 앞에 우리의 영원한 왕이시오 대장 되신 그리스도가 서 있는 것이다.
① 여호와 닛시(“하나님은 나의 깃발이다”)라는 말이 그것이다.
마귀는 우리를 두려워하는 것이 아니고, 내 안에, 내 현장에 꽂아놓은 그리스도의 깃발을 두려워하는 것이다.
② 내 가정과 직장과 사업체에 그리스도의 깃발을 꽂아 놓은 것을 망대요, 지교회라고 하는 것이다.
그 현장에 흑암이 꺽이면서 플랫폼, 파수망대, 안테나의 축복이 이루어지는 것이다.
나 혼자만이라도 거기서 3오늘을 해보라. 그 자리에 그리스도의 깃발이 꽂아지는 것이다.
2) 나가서 싸우는 군사들이다. 여호수아가 사람들을 택하여 나가서 싸운 것이다(9절).
① 그들은 택함 받은 자들이다. 그들이 렘넌트들이다(롬11:5).
우리 교회가 렘넌트들이 일어나고, 특히 다민족 렘넌트들이 일어나는 날 큰 일을 할 것이다.
24 기도 속에서 세가지 싸움을 하면서 승리하는 그리스도의 군사로 일어나라(창3장, 6장, 11장의 싸움)
② 이들이 전도 제자로 일어날 때 흑암이 꺽이면서 237 나라와 오천 종족이 살아나는 것이다.
앞으로 렘넌트들과 함께 계속 전도 캠프도 할 것이다. 렘넌트 때 이 캠프 훈련이 되어져야 한다.
캠프라는 단어는 전쟁 용어이다. 현장에 함께 가서 그리스도의 깃발 들고 기도만 하고 오는데 역사가 일어난다.
3) 맨 뒤에 두손을 들고 기도하는 모세와 그를 받쳐주고 있는 아론과 훌이다.
주의 종들과 모든 중직자들, 모든 성도들이 하는 기도가 어떤 의미인지를 알려주는 것이다.
천사들을 통해 하늘 보좌로 올라간다고 했다(계8:3-5). 그때 천군과 천사가 움직여 일하는 것이다(사62:6-7)
① 주의 종들의 기도 배경이다. 목회자의 누릴 최고의 특권이고, 미션이다.
본문의 여호수아가 모세의 기도 배경에서 일어났고, 모세가 두 손을 들고 있는 동안에 승리할 수 있었다.
② 부모들의 기도 배경이다. 요셉은 아버지 야곱의 기도 배경에서 일어났고(창37:11), 모세는 부모의 기도 배경에 서 일어났다(히11:23). 디모데는 그 할머니 로이스와 어머니 유니스의 기도 배경과 영향으로 일어났다(딤후1:5).
③ 모든 성도들의 기도 배경이다(마18:19-20). 거기서 우리 렘넌트들이 일어나고, 237 선교가 일어나는 것이다.
결론-이 전쟁의 승리를 기록해서 기념하고, 여호수아가 듣게 만들라고 했다(14-16절). 그 분이 싸우신다는 것이다.영원히 계속될 것이다(계21:7). 우리 평생에 여호와닛시의 축복을 계속 누리기를 축복한다.

Three Eternal Answer Within Missions (Matthew 28:16-20) 3/17/2024
Jesus said to “go and make disciples of all nations.” This is “The Great Commission” given on earth.
When did He give us this mission? It was when the disciples were in failure, shame, and fear. Verse 16 records that there were eleven disciples. Of the twelve disciples, Judas Iscariot was the one who sold Jesus for 30 pieces of silver and then took his own life. The remaining eleven disciples also ran away when Jesus was suffering on the cross. When Jesus came back to them in verse 17, they worshipped Him, but some still doubted.
Why did Jesus give this mission to disciples who failed and are still in doubt? Simply put, it is the mission of missions that is God’s desire and conclusion to save people and the world. However, within that there were at least three important blessings (the greatest covenant on earth). First, it held the method of healing and restoring their weaknesses. Second, it held the blessings for the disciples to enjoy all life-long. Third, it held the eternal future that God had prepared for them. As we begin this week of Missions Devotional Service, may we all discover these answers and blessings.
- Through Evangelism and Missions, God heals us first.
1) Missions, restores the original blessings of creation for all nations and people. God created all life in His image, to communicate with Him and rule over all the earth (Genesis 1:26-28). After the fall of Adam and Eve, mankind lost all these blessings and fell into the suffering of the world.
2) Restoring this original blessing is salvation, and being used for that work is Evangelism and Missions. Since mankind cannot solve this problem of darkness, suffering, and curses on their own, God sent His own son. Jesus said, “all authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me” (v.18). This is talking about the three authorities of Christ.
① “Authority of Heaven” signifies the Authority of the Creator, Authority of the Throne, and Eternal Authority. With this authority, He became the way to meet God for us. This is the authority of the eternal Priest (John 14:6, 9)
② Only the One with this authority can crush and pass judgment on the power of Satan, who is the spiritual entity that was corrupted first. This is the reason for His resurrection. This is called the Authority of the Eternal King (1John 3:8, 1Corinthians 15:24-25, Revelation 20:10).
③ “Authority of Earth” signifies the authority that can save and conquer the earth that is diseased and in suffering. He came down to earth to suffer and to save and heal the lives that are diseased and in suffering. He became our redeemer (Isaiah 53:5). Through Him, our weaknesses are healed, and we can boldly stand before His Throne of Grace to receive His grace, whenever we need (Hebrews 4:16). This is the authority of the Eternal High Priest.
3) Why did He emphasize this before He sent the disciples who were full of failure and weaknesses out to the world? When we can hold onto this authority of Christ and pray (3 Concentrations), healing will begin to take place within us. Why are you anxious and why do you face failure? When Paul was enjoying this Christ, he could overcome all his weaknesses and diseases (2Corinthians 12:9-10). Evangelism and Missions is standing as a witness to the ends of the earth as those who know, experience, and enjoy this blessing (Acts 1:8).
- When we align our lives to Missions, the God of the Throne will pour down all things.
1) Jesus gave this covenant to His powerless disciples and sent them out to the world as He breathed His life into them (John 20:21-22). He poured down on them the power of the Holy Spirit. He poured down this power to the 80-year-old Moses and the persecutor Paul. What inevitably follows is the blessing of Platform, Watchtower, and Antenna. The 3 Settings will naturally begin.
2) When these disciples went out and proclaimed the Gospel, the Lord was with them and showed them many signs (Mark 16:19-20). This is why God gives evidence to His servants who preach the Gospel. He does not let one word from them, fall to the ground.
3) It is the same for all believers. When our tasks, work, studies, and business are aligned with Missions, God makes all things become a sign. If anyone gives even a cup of cold water to His Evangelists, they will certainly not lose their reward (Matthew 10:42). We are carrying out Missions that will save 237 Nations and 5000 People Groups with at least four methods.
① Missions through skill and occupation in our lives. With your skill and occupation, help others around you with the heart of Multiethnic Missions. It only takes raising one disciple.
② Missions by going out to the Global Field. This is the reason we have been on Medical Mission trips for 13 years. You can go on Short-Term Mission Trips. You can go on Mid-Term Missions for a few months. Some devote their entire lives as Missionaries. Our church is continuously seeing these blessings.
③ Missions through prayer and financial support. Even while they were weak, the answers that the Churches of Philippi and Thessalonica that supported Paul’s missions were tremendous (Philippians 4:19, 1Thessalonians 1:8). The figures of Romans chapter 16 with the “blessing of Protector, Coworker, and Host” were all who were in Missions together with Paul.
④ Missions by Systems. The conclusion of Missions is thereby reproducing disciples who will stake their lives to the Gospel and proclaiming the Gospel. We must open the Continuous Evangelism School to help deeply realize the Gospel. Ultimately, Concentrated Disciple Training and Seminary Training must take place. That is why the Remnant University is crucial. In your scheduled prayers, pray for the Remnant University that will save 237 Nations and 5000 People Groups.
- Through these missions, God allows us to prepare for our future, the future of our posterity, and the eternal future. All that we do holding onto Evangelism and Missions will never be in vain. It will surely come as answers of the future.
1) The future of those who devote to Evangelism and Missions. If there is any persecution you went through or anything you have lost for the sake of Christ and the Gospel, you will receive a 100-fold (Mark 10:30). So do not lose hold of the Three Mysteries of Answers (problems are opportunities to find answers, conflicts are opportunities to renew and enjoy greater things, and crises are opportunities to enjoy the greatest answers).
2) We must make our Posterity enter this blessing. If we can make our children and the Remnants enter the blessing of Evangelism and Missions, they will be the ones to save the future.
3) God has prepared an Eternal Future for us and our Posterity who are within Evangelism and Missions. Those who lead many to righteousness will shine like the stars for ever and ever (Daniel 12:3). It means that God will raise us as precious individuals. Just like Paul’s confessions, eternal reward and crown will await us (2Timothy 4:8).
Conclusion – May We, our Posterity, and our Church be within the true answer of Missions and the Eternal Answer of the future.

예수님께서 “가서 모든 족속으로 제자를 삼으라”고 했다. 지상 최고의 명령(The Great Commission)이라고 한다.
언제 이 미션을 주셨는가? 제자들이 실패하고, 부끄럽고, 두려움 속에 있을 때였다.
16절에 열한 제자라고 했다. 열두 명의 제자 중에 가룟 유다는 예수님을 은30개에 팔고 스스로 죽었고,
나머지 열한 제자도 예수님이 십자가에 고난을 당하실 때 다 도망갔던 사람들이다.
17절에 부활하신 예수님이 이 제자들을 찾아오셨을 때 경배는 하나 여전히 의심하는 제자들도 있었다고 했다.
실패하고 여전히 의심하는 제자들에게 왜 이런 미션을 주셨을까? 이것은 하나님의 소원이요 결론인 사람과 세상을 살리는 선교의 미션이다. 그러나 그 속에는 적어도 세가지 중요한 축복이 담겨있었다(지상 최고의 언약).
첫째는 연약한 이들을 치유하고 회복시키는 방법이 담겨있었고, 둘째는 제자들이 누려야 할 평생의 축복이 담겨있었고, 셋째는 이들을 위해 하나님이 준비한 영원한 미래가 담겨있었다.
선교 주일을 맞은 이번 주간에 우리 개인과 모든 성도들이 이 응답과 축복을 찾아내는 시간이 되기를 축복한다.
- 전도와 선교를 통해서 하나님은 우리 자신을 먼저 치유하신다.
1) 선교는 모든 나라와 민족의 사람들이 창조 때의 본래의 축복을 회복시켜 주는 것이기 때문이다.
모든 인생을 하나님의 형상대로 지으시고, 하나님과 교통하며, 세상을 다스리도록 창조하셨다(창1:26-28)
첫 인생 아담과 하와가 타락한 이후에 인간은 이 축복을 다 잃어버리고, 세상은 고통 속에 들어갔다.
2) 이 본래의 축복을 회복하는 것이 구원이고, 여기에 쓰임을 받는 것이 전도와 선교의 축복이다.
인간 스스로 이 흑암과 고통과 저주의 문제를 해결할 수 없기에 하나님이 그 아들을 보내신 것이다.
예수님이 “하늘과 땅의 모든 권세를 내게 주셨다”고 했다(18절). 그리스도의 권세 세가지를 말씀하신 것이다.
① “하늘의 권세”를 받았다는 말은 창조자의 권세요, 보좌의 권세요, 영원한 권세이다.
이 권세로 우리에게 하나님을 만날 수 있는 길이 되어 주신 것이다. 영원한 선지자의 권세라고 한다(요14:6, 9)
② 이 권세를 가진 분만 먼저 타락한 영적 존재인 사단의 권세를 박살내고, 심판하실 수 있는 것이다.
그것을 위해서 부활하신 것이다. 이것을 영원한 왕의 권세라고 한다(요일3:8, 고전15:24-25, 계20:10).
③ “땅의 권세”는 이 병들고 고통당하는 땅과 세상을 살리고, 정복하는 권세이다.
이 분이 무너지고, 병들고, 고통 당하는 인생을 구원하고 치유하기 위해 이 땅에 오셔서 고난을 받으신 것이다.
대속자가 되신 것이다(사53:5). 그 분으로 인해 계속 나의 연약함도 치유되고, 언제든지 그의 은혜를 얻기 위해 은혜의 보좌 앞에 담대히 설 수 있게 된 것이다(히4:16). 영원한 대제사장의 권세라고 한다.
3) 실패하고 연약한 제자들을 세상에 보내기 전에 이것부터 강조한 이유가 무엇인가?
이 그리스도의 권세를 붙잡고 기도할 수 있을 때(3집중), 나 자신부터 치유되는 역사가 일어난다.
왜 불안하고, 실패하는가? 바울이 그리스도를 누릴 때는 자기 안의 연약함, 질병을 다 뛰어넘었다(고후12;9-10) 전도와 선교는 이 축복을 알고, 체험하고, 누린 자들이 가서 땅끝까지 가서 증인으로 서는 것이다(행1:8)
- 이 선교 속에 내 인생의 방향을 맞출 때 보좌의 하나님이 모든 것을 부으신다.
1) 연약한 제자들에게 이 언약을 주어 세상으로 보내시면서 생기를 불어 넣으셨다(요20:21-22).
성령의 능력을 부으신 것이다. 80세 노인인 모세에게도, 핍박자인 바울에게도 그 능력을 부으신 것이다.
이때부터 당연히 따라오는 것이 플랫폼, 파수 망대, 안테나의 축복이다. 3세팅이 자연스럽게 이루어진다.
2) 이 제자들이 가서 복음을 전파할 때 보좌의 주님께서 함께 하사 많은 표적을 보이셨다고 했다(막16:19-20)
복음 전하는 주의 종들에게 증거를 주시는 이유가 그것이다. 말 한마디도 땅에 떨어지지 않게 하신다.
3) 성도들도 마찬가지이다. 내 하는 모든 일, 학업, 사업이 선교에 맞추어질 때 모든 것이 표적이 되게 하신다.
그리스도의 이름으로 전도자에게 냉수 한 그릇을 대접해도 하늘에서 상을 잃지 않을 것이라고 했다(마10:42)
우리는 적어도 네가지 방법으로 237 나라와 5천 종족을 살리는 선교를 하는 것이다.
① 내 삶에서 내 기능과 직업을 가지고 하는 선교이다.
내 기능과 직업을 가지고 내 주변의 다민족을 선교하는 심정으로 도와주라. 한 사람의 제자만 세워도 된다.
② 직접 세계 현장으로 가서 하는 선교이다.
우리가 13년간 의료 단기 선교를 간 이유이다. 단기 캠프 선교를 갈 수도 있다. 몇 개월씩 헌신하는 중단기
선교를 할 수도 있다. 평생을 선교사로 헌신하는 종들도 있다. 우리 교회가 이 축복을 계속 보고 있다.
③ 기도와 헌금으로 지원하는 선교이다. 전 성도들을 오인일조의 팀으로 만든 이유다.
연약한 중에도 바울의 선교를 후원한 빌립보 교회, 데살로니가 교회가 받은 응답은 엄청나다(빌4:19, 살전1:8) 로마서 16장의 “보호자, 동역자, 식주인의 축복”이 전부 바울의 선교 속에 함께 한 사람들이다.
④ 시스템으로 하는 선교이다.
결국 선교의 결론은 복음에 생명 걸고, 복음을 전할 제자를 재생산하는 것이다.
지속적인 전도학교를 열어서 복음을 깊이 깨닫게 하면서 마지막에는 제자 집중훈련, 신학교 훈련을 해야 한다. 그래서 렘넌트 대학교가 중요하다. 정시기도 속에 237나라와 오천종족 살리는 렘넌트 대학교를 위해 기도하라.
- 이 선교를 통해 나의 미래, 후대의 미래, 영원한 미래를 준비하게 하신다.
내가 전도와 선교를 붙잡고 하는 모든 것은 단 하나도 헛된 것이 없고, 반드시 미래의 응답으로 올 것이다
1) 전도와 선교에 헌신하는 사람들의 미래이다.
혹시 그리스도와 복음 때문에 핍박을 받거나 잃어버린 것이 있다면 그 100배를 받을 것이라고 했다(막10:30)
그래서 응답의 세가지 비밀을 놓치지 마라(문제는 답을 찾는 시간이고, 갈등은 갱신해서 더 큰 것을 누리는 시 간이고, 위기는 최고의 응답을 누리는 기회다)
2) 우리의 후대가 이 축복 속에 들어가게 만들어야 한다.
내 자녀와 우리의 렘넌트들이 참된 복음과 선교 속으로 들어가게 만들면 그들이 미래를 살리는 것이다.
3) 하나님은 이 전도와 선교 속에 있는 우리와 우리의 후대들에게 영원한 미래를 준비해놓으셨다.
많은 사람을 주께로 돌아오게 하는 사람은 하늘의 별처럼 영원히 빛날 것이고 했다(단12:3).
존귀한 자로 세운다는 뜻이다. 바울의 고백처럼 영원한 상급과 면류관이 기다리고 있다고 했다(딤후4:8)
결론-내 자신이, 내 후대가, 우리 교회가 이 참된 선교의 응답과 미래의 영원한 응답 속에 있기를 축복한다.
